My multiple visits for massages and facials have been consistently delightful, and I am impressed by the serene relaxation room and other excellent amenities. Just wow. I got a facial at Royal retreat and got the best head neck and shoulders massage from Rimma. I am so pleased with the luxury products. The massage is great also, their deep tissue is a true deep tissue massage. Other than that I enjoy the jacuzzi and the front desk girl Mia made me a complimentary blueberry lavender cocktail, what a treat. I will be back!

I came here for a massage and facial and omg it was sooo relaxing and the best ever! The owner came and gave me some champagne to start off with and I was able to relax in the jacuzzi before heading into the treatment room. My hydrafacial felt like a luxurious treatment and the massage was deep tissue just like I asked. I came out feeling refreshed and renewed! The facility was also very clean and serene. They have a nice locker room and give you a robe plus slippers. If you’re looking for a place with nice amenities and 5 star service definitely go to Royal Retreat! I’ll definitely be back soon

I had an amazing experience at this spa! The space is gorgeous, calm and relaxing. The service was excellent and the staff were friendly and made me feel completely comfortable. I left feeling totally refreshed and can’t wait to go back!

I have unfortunately had multiple unpleasant experiences here. The first time I received a facial by someone clearly untrained. She did not listen to anything that I said or wanted done nor did she do anything but use a few products layered on my face and steam directly in my nose. Instead of using my appointment time wisely by focusing on my neck or shoulders or hands while the product sat on my face she simply left the room for 15 minutes if not longer. Today I had an appointment scheduled for 12 noon. 15 minutes passed when I decided to ask what the delay was and they let me know my massage therapist simply is not showing up today and that his sister would be filling in and was on her way. Not only am I not OK changing therapists at the last minute, they thought nothing of wasting at least 30 minutes of my time. If you are looking for relaxation and professionalism this is not the Spa for you

I love Royal Retreat’s atmosphere and the staff are amazing and warm welcoming. The Facials are so relaxing and the massages are top tier. I would definitely recommend going here whenever you get the chance!
