It was my first time doing the head spa. Mai did a great job fostering a comfortable and fun environment. She was also caring and gentle. I got the package 5 which included a full facial, shoulder massage, and head spa. The experience ended with a warm foot soak while drinking restorative hot herbal tea. The herbal ingredients felt organic and also smelled good.
