Wonderful experience! My sister and I booked an appointment for the 1 hour treatment + blowout/style. We were offered champagne on arrival (always a good start!), we had a scalp analysis, then we were brought into a relaxing room with two spa beds. The treatment felt amazing and was so relaxing. The therapists were so good! We both said we were in and out of sleep states throughout the hour. Following the treatment we were able to see the amazing transformation of our scalps. Then down to the style area where we both received cute styles and were ready for lunch in Media with clean scalps and super soft hair.. Perfect experience!

I had an AMAZING experience with Desi. She did a thorough examination of scalp and we talked about actual strategies I can do to improve my scalp health. Then the treatment was absolutely heavenly. I was so relaxed I was fighting falling asleep because I didn't want to miss a minute. I added on a blow out and left feeling like an absolute goddess. I'm a teacher and came after work for my session. I am beyond grateful for Eliona. She was so sweet and after a 15 minute chat about being moms, I fell asleep.
Besides the amazing head massage, she also takes before and after pictures of your scalp. My hair is so soft and she used no conditioner.

I went to Roots for a hair spa, and it did not disappoint! ELIONA was incredible—she took her time, made sure I was comfortable, and created such a relaxing experience that I almost fell asleep. It felt like a full-body massage, but with the bonus of leaving with the cleanest, fluffiest hair and a refreshed scalp. The soothing steam, oil massage, and mineral-rich shampoo worked wonders—my scalp has never felt this clean. Seeing the before-and-after under the microscope was amazing. I can’t wait to be back!
