100% recommend this head spa! The classic scalp bath was everything I was hoping for and more. It was relaxing and deeply cleansing for my scalp which is just what my flaky scalp needed. Ashley is super sweet and did an amazing job and the silk press was the cherry on top!

WOW. Can’t say enough about this place. It was probably one of the most relaxing experiences of my life, and I’ve had my fair share of facials and massages. From start to finish I felt cared for and comfortable - there were so many professional touches from slippers, eye mask and optional blankets to lumbar pillows for back & knee support while laying down. Ashley was extremely communicative and so friendly, and above that she was knowledgeable. She gave me specific hair care tips for my hair type before and after the appointment, and during she explained what products she was going to use in my hair for treatment and why. I’ve already recommended Rooted to a friend. Thank you, Ashley! One pro tip - not something Rooted can control at all, but the building room numbering is kind of odd. She gives great directions in her appointment confirmation email, so make sure to check that. The rooms on her floor are ordered 316A, then 311, then 316. If you think you’ve missed it, just keep walking down the hallway and you’ll easily find the salon suite :)
