Rooted Method Spa and Apothecary has been a wonderful experience for me. I enjoy the 40 minute infrared saunas weekly. All saunas are pre warmed so i can step right in and relax and enjoy the invigorating full spectrum lights.The staff is friendly and knowledgable. They obviously taking pride in customer satisfaction.

One of my favorite business in Virginia Beach!!! I had a sauna membership here for years until I moved to the other side of town. Such a beautiful, peaceful, well-curated, relaxing environment, but even better than that are the owner/ girls who work there. So far I’ve had two massages and both were exceptional! The first was acupuncture was with Dr. Marjon and I can’t speak about it enough to everyone around me. The time she took to learn my problem areas and where i hold the most tension physically and emotionally was very needed! the fire cupping that she did was amazing as well and her energy is always so calming and relaxing! The second was with Julie, I’ve never had reflexology done before (I didn’t really know what it was), she explained everything out to me as best as she could. Told me exactly what we would focus on and then also allowed me to tell her if I would like her to focus on anything in specific! I didn’t have anything in particular that I wanted to focus on that day so I let her do whatever she wanted. And when I tell you I’ve never had a more wonderful and sort of out of body experience, I’ve never been more relaxed! I love this place and the people who work here, I would always recommend! 🤍
