I had the deep cleansing facial today with Laura and it was the best facial I've had. She explains products and helped me to choose a skincare line that I would be best for my skin concerns. Plus her massage in the facial is so relaxing! I'll definitely be back.

I had the Holistic Signature Facial today with Megan and it was the best facial I have ever gotten. I was so relaxed and Megan did a wonderful job explaining everything and my face was so smooth when she was done. I immediately made an appointment for another one. If you get a facial here, ask for Megan, she is the best!!!

Very rude management and they refused to give credit for $100 I had prepaid for my mother's appointment. They never read my appointment note explaining this was a surprise for my mothers birthday. No attempt to offer credit of any kind and never called me back and stopped responding to messages. Took the money and placed full blame on me rather than anything they did wrong in calling my mother about an appointment she did not yet know about (hence the surprise). Very disappointing and sad experience all around with this company.
