I got a facial at Rivers Edge last week and it was absolutely amazing. The spa was beautiful and very clean and welcoming. The staff were very kind, professional, informative and helpful the entire time. I had my service performed by Kathryn C who I would recommend to anyone looking for a service. Kathryn was gentle and mindful of my concerns, but also gave her recommendations without being pushy. The entire experience was 10/10 from start to finish. I’ll definitely be going back for additional services.

I had the most amazing facial with Katherine this morning. It was by far the most wonderful and relaxing facial. She not only made my skin bright and beautiful but also she provided a scalp massage, feet and hands! Totally euphoric

I love River's Edge! The wonderful smell just walking in of lavender and spa and relaxation. Front desk staff is cheerful and welcoming. I've had massages here before, but this was my first pedicure - ever. Crystal was enjoyable to spend time with, I got to pick my polish color from a huge selection. She was very informative about my dry heels, offering counsel on how to get them in better shape over time. So relaxing, such a wonderful experience~ My feet and toes look beautiful! I will definitely be back for more!

Rivers Edge and Megan in particular are amazing! I'd had color with another stylist that really didn't work for me; their customer service is top notch as they got me back in quickly with Megan for a correction and I absolutely LOVE the results. ( I don't fault the original stylist at all, I have a very thick head of hair, I'd applied boxed color earlier in the year, I probably wasn't clear in what I wanted...I handed them a massive challenge to say the least.) Megan really listened to what I wanted changed, was painstaking and a clear perfectionist in her application, and she was so patient and friendly. The process of handling things took over 2 hours, but she didn't flag in her attention. The results are perfection, and I feel like I got more than I paid for! Heading back to see her for a retoich. She's a junior stylist but IMO her skills are on par with someone many years in the business. I hope River's Edge knows what a gem they have!

I rarely write reviews, but I had such an amazing experience. This was my first time getting my hair cut here and, typically, hair cuts are nothing special to me. This one hit different. I absolutely love how Francesca cut and shaped my hair. It’s absolutely perfect!! Plus she has such a great personality and she made the whole experience so relaxing. Thanks girl, I really appreciate it! If I could give francesca more stars, I would! And sorry but you’re now stuck with me!! 😉

I’d heard great things about River’s Edge, and not being thrilled about mani-pedis I’d had around town, I booked one a couple of months ahead as it was the first available. Today I got an email saying it had been cancelled. No explanation or personal note. Bad customer service to say the least.
