I had an amazing experience at Richelle's Salon & Day Spa, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Molly, my service provider, was absolutely fantastic. She took the time to listen to my needs and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire service. The attention to detail and professionalism she showed were truly top-notch. My face and skin have never felt better! The spa is beautifully maintained, and the entire staff is friendly and welcoming. I'll definitely be returning for my next visit. Highly recommend Molly and Richelle’s Salon & Day Spa!

My husband and I have had multiple massages here and we have always had a great experience. My husband is very picky about the ambiance of a spa and Richelle’s checks all his boxes. We always do the jacuzzi before our massages which a nice touch. Without a doubt, Rhea G is the best massage therapist I have had. I get really bad tension headaches and she tailored the massage to meet my needs. I would highly recommend her.

I got an acrylic set done by Cierstei and it was the most wonderful experience i’ve ever had. She was so sweet and considerate of all my preferences and they came out more perfect than I could imagine.

My three kids treated me to the most luxurious facial and pedicure treatment at Richelle’s Salon and Day Spa today and I was blessed enough to have Molly as my specialist. The facial treatments smelled and felt amazing but Molly’s attention to detail, poise, knowledge and professionalism were so better than any other nail salon I’ve been to in all of Salt Lake County. She’s made a customer out of me. Thank you so much Molly!

The best place for couples massage! I love the complimentary jacuzzi time you get with your significant other. I had Lisa last time and her technique was so unique and hit all the right spots in my back. Loyal customers to this place. Last but not least, the staff here is incredibly respectful and understanding.

Hate to be that person but my massage was $$! I’ve had a lot of massage experiences, even out of the country. They had a last minute change in the massage therapist from the one I booked online. Massage therapist seemed pre-occupied during my NINETY minute massage. Asked for medium pressure -felt like they were playing light as a feather the whole time. I am a bigger bodied individual so I’m not sure if that was why the therapist was so timid? Maybe it was because I booked the only time I could go, after 6 pm. So disappointed. Would not recommend.

I’ve been going to Richelle’s for various services for nearly 10 years- service experience is hands down 5 stars. Today I had a 1 star experience in customer service and professionalism. Service was great; when I was checking out with the front desk I was asked how much I would like to tip, I chose to tip what I currently could afford in my hot girl 2025 inflation budget, the front desk woman was extremely verbally passive aggressive about my tip amount. The tipping culture EVERYWHERE has gotten extremely out of hand, I can’t pay for an oil change without being asked if I want to tip. As someone who waited tables through college, I am very up speed with how vital tipping is in certain industries. If the expectation is that a 25% tip for every service is expected, you need to raise your prices to include that in the cost and pay your aestheticians a living wage with services being rendered. The interaction truly gave me the ick.

What an absolute gem!!! I am a coniseuer of great spas, and used to be an esthetician myself. The quality of this spa is outstanding, and the products they use are top notch. I am now switching nail ladies and will do every massage and facial here. I have no reason to go elsewhere. I have found my spa home. Ps, they do acrylic nails too!
