It was an absolutely lovely experience, inside is far bigger than it looks and it clean artfully decorated and our services, performed by Casey and Madison were done with care, attention to detail and our preferences and comfort were always taken into consideration. The atmosphere was very professional yet homey and the products are natural. I highly recommend them.

Casey was great! I did the cupping service and my step mom got a massage. She was very patient and kind.

I had a regular nail polish manicure/ pedicure. The nail tech was nice, the service was unacceptable. If they are going to provide manicure service they should at least have the proper equipment. After waiting for my nails to dry with a hair dryer! the technician said my nails were dry. I attempted to put my shoes on and they got all smudge. They did refund me the $10 for the nail color which probably should have been more but the worst was over hearing the manger talk about me and say it was my fault! Do not go to this place for a regular manicure, very disappointing. I would like to add that Jillean Hornung responded to my concerns and worked to provide a resolution I was pleased with. I would also like to note, I had a massage and facial that same day and I was very happy with Casey, she was absolutely terrific and professional.

I received a therapeutic massage and a head spa treatment from Casey yesterday and unfortunately am not able to give more than 5 stars on here! She is terrific. Highly recommend.

First time booking here for a swedish massage with Casey, she is wonderful! Everything was perfect from the first moment, Casey was ready for me and explained the whole process, the atmosphere, the lighting, the music, everything was so relaxing! Casey did a perfect job, I wish I could've stayed there all day, I came home refreshed! I will definitely be back for more treatments. Thank you Casey and see you soon!

This was my first time visiting this Spa and it most definitely wont be my last. I had the most amazing massage by Casey. She understood my needs and I walked away feeling so relaxed and thinking that this has been the best massage that I have ever had!!! Thank you Casey!!! I also had a pedicure which is equally good. Riah Day Spa I cannot wait to come again!!!
