Revival Head Spa

This was my first time. I got the basic hair wash, but it was so much more. The massage your scalp, do a lymphatic draining massage for your face, temples, next and shoulders. The products they use smell amazing. They music is soothing. I'll definitely go back again.

Brought my neice here yesterday, and we had a delightful experience. The ladies were very kind and accommodating a plus sized woman like myself. My only criticism is that the beds were too stiff for larger gals like myself, but the staff made sure any accommodation they could be as comfortable as possible! We bought the $90 premium and were very satisfied with our relaxing experience. Overall, it's nicely decorated and looks to be very clean.

I went for a spa day with my sister and was extremely disappointed with the experience. I initially booked a 1-hour “Premium Head Wash” for $90, which was supposed to include a full treatment with a steam treatment, scalp, facial, neck, shoulder, and hand massage. I also booked a 1-hour full body massage for $80, for me and my sister. When we arrived, the manager (who was very kind) told us they were downgrading us to the basic head wash for $50 because the full body massage already included some of the same features. I didn’t object because it made sense if I was already receiving a neck/shoulder/hand massage then I don't need to pay for it twice... I ended up regretting that. The massage itself was inconsistent and unbalanced. My masseuse only worked on one side of my body and completely skipped my feet and the left side of my back. I thought maybe they would catch those areas when I flipped over, but they never did. My “basic head wash” was disappointing, especially compared to the treatment my sister received. They downgraded me from the premium service without fully explaining the difference, and I barely got any of the promised treatment. The treatment rooms were only separated by curtains, and the noise level was unbearable. There was a loud group in the front teaching each other how to do the Cha Cha Slide, which completely ruined any sense of relaxation. I requested music to drown out the noise, but it was upbeat music that kept getting interrupted by commercials. It didn’t help at all. To make matters worse, my therapist kept leaving the room, and I would lie there for minutes at a time doing nothing. Even though my sister and I started our treatments at the same time, and the entire time, I was at least 5 mins ahead of her and that's with them constantly stopping. Overall, I spent $300 for what amounted to a basic face wash, hair wash, and half a back massage. When they dried my hair, the guy did massage my feet for about 20 seconds...but my neck and shoulders were never touched. The staff were very friendly, which is why I an leaving 2 stars. But unfortunately, I cannot recommend this spa based on my experience. It was far from relaxing and definitely not worth the money.

I love this place, I did head spa, it's including hair wash and massage. I did full body massage. All service was so amazing. So relaxing. Everyone is there so nice.

I came here on a whim and booked the premium head wash service appointment online. I received a relaxing scalp massage, face, neck, shoulder, and back massage and a foot soak. She did a hair treatment for my dry hair and it came out so soft and hydrated. I could actually tell the difference. For the services I received, the quality and care, and the unveatable price?! WOW WOW WOW! What a wonderful experience. My sister and I came in for head massages and decided to add on shoulder massages and we are so glad we did! The ladies were extremely kind and knew exactly how to make you feel relaxed. The experience was way more than we expected and we will for sure be going back!

FIRST TIME, and Hands Down, got my business, this was the BEST SPA experience EVER! I purchased the Revival's Lux Head Wash and Im so glad I did. Ms. Lisa hands worked miracles on my neck, back, and shoulders, I dozed off a few times, lol. The product she used felt so luxurious and Soothing on my skin This is my new place to go for my TLC day. I was gifted this experience so had no knowledge of what I was walking into. I was treated to a head wash, facial, and massage. That facial…my gracious. Put it this way, my skin is glowing and others notice!! The care she took in that facial was immaculate. The head wash was absolutely amazing she scrubbed every inch of my scalp and it was truly the best feeling. I have locs and my hair had bounce!!! I will be putting her in my budget because I need more of this experience!!
