First time here and got a reflexology and dazzle pedicure! I loved both! From the receptionist warm welcome, advice on type of pedicure to my nail technician, Magda, it was an unforgettable relaxing experience! Couldn’t believe I took a much needed nap! I am so glad I found this space filled with separate areas for massages, nails, and relaxation. Can’t wait to return!

I have been coming to Renu Day Spa for about two years. When I found Magda for a mani/pedicure, my search for a nail salon was over. She not only is professional and gifted at what she does, she is also so pleasant and personable. The one hour goes by too fast and occasionally I spurge for the reflexology pedicure because she is so good and it is such a relaxing treat for your feet. The whole staff is friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend Renu Day Spa!

The owners and employees of ReNu Day Spa pride themselves on providing a First Class experience for every service and I feel that's exactly what I get. The team at ReNu always welcomes me graciously, and I appreciate the level of attention given to cleanliness and atmosphere, as well as the skill and knowledge of their aestheticians. As someone who has received literally hundreds of massages in every part of the world, there is no one who holds a candle to Barbara. She uses hot stones and cupping and relieves muscle tension and knots with capable, skilled hands. I go to Mary Ann for facials, waxing, eyebrow tinting and shaping and get many compliments on the appearance of my skin. People are always asking what products I use, but the real secret to my clear, and wrinke-free skin (at age 70) is Mary Ann. My husband is an ardent fan of Andy's (female) massages because of her perfect amount of strength while relieving tension. Finally, I belong to ReNu's Massage Club because members get preferred pricing on services and products. It's a fabulous deal. I literally LOVE this place.

Please take this as an opportunity to improve your service. Today Jan,11, 2025 I use your service as a couple Deep Tissue Massage. I was very disappointed with the service. The room was so cold, we were served with cup of water not sealed ones, they finished 10 earlier, most of the massage was just spreading the oil all over the body they didn’t used pressure not at all and didn’t even focused on the points that we asked them to put attention on. I lost $200 and my time over there.

I've been going to Renu for years for my mani/pedis. Beata always does a great job! She works quickly if I really need it, but always has attention to detail. She recently turned me onto the rubber bond (? I think that's what it's called) and omg, nothing holds polish on my nails like this. I always feel very welcome and I highly recommend it to all my friends!

I've only ever had my eyebrows done here but they always look great!

I’ve been seeing Gina for facials and brow shaping and tinting for over two years. She is amazing. My skin gets so many compliments and it’s all because of her. I see her for monthly maintenance as I’m so inconsistent in my daily skincare routine. SHE is the secret ingredient in my skin care routine.

Worst spa experience I’ve ever had and keep in mind I used to work at a spa. I had two services booked, a body massage and a head massage. It was my first time in, which they were aware of because they gave me first time client paper work. However nobody bothered to offer/point me to the bathroom or water before my massage. Not a big deal by itself but that’s pretty standard practice before a massage. The bigger issue was massage table was so hard and uncomfortable. I was on my side for a good portion of the massage which was okay but for the last 45 minutes I was on my back. It was so bad that I left with back pain that I didn’t have when I got there because it was like laying on a piece of wood. The masseuse did finally offer a pillow about 90% of the way through the massage when she realized I was in pain. That was honestly the worst part of the whole experience. I have never left a massage with pain I didn’t have coming in, otherwise I would’ve probably given 3 stars. Also, the masseuse never asked me if the pressure was good. Eventually I had to say something about it and she was not very responsive to my request. Again, it’s standard practice to ask if that pressure is good for the client. Also, after I had paid for both services (body and head massage) the masseuse told me I was done after the body massage. The girls at the front desk tried to tell me I was good to go. I had to stop them and ask about my second service that I had not received. Then they ushered me back to the same room to get undressed all over again for the second part of the massage because the masseuse didn’t realize I had 2 services booked. I was also only informed once I got there that the only form of gratuity accepted is cash. They told me my only option was to leave after my appointment to get cash and come back which is pretty inconvenient and would’ve been nice to mention when booking the appointment. Also the waiting room and overall ambiance is about as relaxing as a hospital waiting room. If you are looking for a relaxing, professional experience, there are so many better places to go where you won’t have to deal with this. Probably could’ve left 3 stars because services were overall fine, just not up to par with a professional luxurious experience, but the fact that I am currently in pain due to their service brings this down to a 1 star. If you’re going to spend the money for a massage/spa day I’d recommend going somewhere else.
