My skin has improved so much since going to Renew, and I highly recommend going. Personally, I love microneedling and receive this service often at Renew. It has improved my skin so much, and I cannot say enough good things about it. Each time I go to see Megan, she is always so kind and helpful. I often ask her lots of questions about my skin, and she is always happy to share helpful tips! Definitely check out Renew. You will absolutely love it!

I had a massage here from Megan a few weeks ago, she started by offering beverages and asking exactly what I wanted from my massage and boy did she deliver! Not only that, at the end of the session she actually took the time to take notes on what, if anything I would want different next time. If you’re like me I hate asking people to massage lighter or softer so I just relax into whatever they are doing. Needless to say, she took my wants and needs into account for the next appointment and I cannot wait to go back! Thanks Megan!

If you’re not getting facials at Renew, you’re missing out! Megan is so professional, so kind, and so fun to be around. The environment is clean, quiet, and relaxing. There’s always a ton of appointments and I never feel rushed during my services. Also, be sure to try out the sauna next time you’re there!

I like all the staff I have encountered at Renew Salon and Spa. The estheticians are excellent- friendly, professional, and explained everything beforehand. The atmosphere is clean, relaxing, and welcoming. I learn a lot every time I am there about my skin type and the process of the service. I enjoy getting the spa services and always leave happy with the results. I will be a loyal client for years to come.

I came for my appointment at 10:00am on Friday, July 21st, no one was there. Their door sign says open Tuesday through Friday 11am-4pm so I figured I'd just wait till 11 am in case they made a mistake, no one showed or has even called me. It's now 11:30 and no one has even called to reach out or even opened the store. So much for booking a month in advance. Would not recommend.

Renew is an amazing salon, spa, and sauna! The staff members are so nice! They make you feel so welcome and at home. When my mom and I arrived we walked in and there was a Welcome To Your Spa Day sign with our names on it. What a thoughtful touch! It is such a gorgeous salon and spa! It was so peaceful. We were even offered glasses of wine that were awesome! We felt so pampered! The Light Therapy I had was so relaxing. William did an amazing job cutting and styling my mom's hair. Megan has such an awesome relaxing touch. All of the staff members made us feel so welcome. Thank you to all of you who work at Renew. You are all so awesome!

Renew is without a doubt the best salon, spa and sauna in Columbia! The space is stylish, professional and extremely welcoming!
I loved my overall experience walking in to such a relaxing, upscale environment with great prices for all of their services — I would give more than 5 stars on Google reviews because it is definitely well deserved!! Not to mention, Renew has GREAT staff and the owner Megan goes above and beyond for her clients! She is so sweet, is a phenomenal esthetician and takes a lot of pride in her small business. If you’re a sauna girl like myself, Renew is the only place in Columbia that has an infrared sauna!!! If you’re in need of any salon, spa or sauna services — Renew is THE place to go in Columbia!!

Today was my first time going to renew and I will be back! Megan did an amazing job and was so friendly! I got derma-planing, brow tint, lamination, lash lift, and tint done. All of the services left me feeling refreshed and I felt like I couldn’t stop looking at myself in the mirror! 10/10 would recommend!
