As soon as you walk in, you’ll immediately feel the most tranquilizing vibe and realize that you’ve entered the “very best spa” in Fayetteville. The staff are super professional, ultra cordial and wonderfully accommodating to ensure a personal array of specialized services for all members, old and new, that will certainly lead to a totally fulfilled experience of blissful peace and wellness. They explain everything so clearly and will walk you through all of the processes or details of what they offer, from head to toe (yes, even pedicures) so allow them to describe the scope of services way better than I ever could. I can only say that you will feel totally wrapped in a ‘Zen’ euphoria from beginning to end. And the magic continues all day, even into the night with an additional bonus of the best sleep of your life after each visit.

Wife spent a good while squirrelling away some funds and saved up to get a couple’s massage for us. Gave it to me as a Christmas present. Got a baby sister and had a long evening all planned out. Confirmed the text the day prior to say we’d be there… all set… Showed up 10 minutes early and welp forgot the gift card at home. Sadly, they keep 0 records of anything and if you don’t have the card… ( which doesn’t say please bring or required) welp you ain’t getting a massage. So ended up gifting this place a chunk of change cause there’s no refunds on missed appointments ( we didn’t miss it we were there 10 minutes prior). Anyway, attempting to be as cordial as I can in this and just say I would never give this place money. I would suggest they use our donated funds and hopefully update their account tracking system, because if you can’t identify a paid customer when the customer shows you their payment information from their bank, and that name matches the appointment time…. But since you don’t have the lil number or didn’t bring the gift certificate… sorry no service… TLDR ~ don’t expect to get what you pay for; cause welp they can’t tell you what you paid for. I would steer clear of any establishment such as this one.

Had my first hydrafacial here and it was sooo much better than the other places I’ve been. Kim did some magic bc I fell asleep it was so relaxing. My skin is doing well since then too. Thank you !!!! I’ll def be back to book her on my next visit.

I had a wonderful experience at Renaissance, the front desk staff were very professional and informative. Especially, Reagan she is always helpful and takes excellent care of everyone. My massage was wonderful, I highly recommend them!

Where do I start? See this little heater? This heater sits in a cozy corner at the Renaissance Spa on Perdue Dr in Fayetteville. This is my happy place! I have been coming to the spa for many years now. The service, the staff, the atmosphere is phenomenal. They offer so many services with you in mind. My favorite is the deep tissue massage, but there’s so much more! Try the dry float!!! It’s a clean and relaxing environment where you can sit back, relax, and feel pampered. What are you waiting for? Call them and schedule a visit. I promise you will not regret it. And hey, come sit right in my happy corner. You will fall in love just like I did. See you there!
