I had my first float therapy at Remedy Me Spa today. What an amazing experience! Just the self care this doula needed to relax. As I was floating and before I really zoned out, I thought about how unbelievably awesome this would be for expecting mommas. Then it got me thinking about how this must be what it’s like for babies floating all around the womb. I was floating all around, but in a float pod 😂 Highly recommend!!
