Relux Head Spa

My husband and I did this together and loved it! We had a weekday appointment around noon, and it wasn’t busy at all! The staff was very friendly and professional. We both did the Luxury option for $108 each. We started by filling out a form with our concerns, any allergies, and what we thought our scalp was like. Then we had the scope analysis and they explain everything they see to you while they’re doing it. After the scope analysis, they take you back to your own room and have you change and get onto the bed with your feet in a warm tub. They made sure to check routinely that we were doing okay, and nothing was uncomfortable. It was a very relaxing experience, will definitely be coming back again!

From the moment you walk in, you are greeted by welcoming sounds and scents. From the music to the ambiance, everything is clean and inviting. Each employee greets you. Everyone is so kind and accommodating. Kevin did my scalp massage and facial. He was so kind the entire time, respectful, and explained what was happening during the process. He continued to check in to make sure I was okay during my 60 minute service. This was my first time here and I highly recommend. 10/10!!

This was my first head spa experience. I got the rejuvenation package. They start with a scalp analysis. This is done but the front desk so other purple can see what your scalp looks like. You're then taken back to one of the tables. I was worried about how comfortable i would be laying down with my feet in their soak but I was very comfortable. I have thin, fine hair that likes to knot easily and it's halfway down my back. The scalp massages and scrubbing will send you to another world. The tools they use to help scrub feel amazing. While some of the hair products sit, they will massage your shins/feet, arms and decollette. My only gripe was the facial. It's a one size fits all facial and i have very sensitive skin (rosacea). Everything was very fragrant and wasn't helping my skin. They finish with blow drying using a Dyson. I could feel how tangled my hair was but she was very gentle! The least painful blow dry and hair combing I've ever had. I'm not sure how they sanitize the bow dryer with the brush inbetween people but all the combs they used come from a sanitizer. They have a variety of products you can buy including Kerastase, Milbon, Dr strum, La mer, Olaplex and 111skin.

My sister and I visited Relux Head Spa, and overall, it was a good experience with some room for improvement. The scalp analysis was so interesting—we loved learning about our scalp and hair health, and seeing the dramatic difference in the analysis pre- and post-treatment was fascinating! The spa atmosphere was clean, calming, and provided a relaxing escape. The layout is unique, featuring one long room divided into eight individual “rooms” separated by curtains. The two closest to the front are quite bright and lack the relaxing vibe you’d hope for, but fortunately, we were placed further toward the back, which felt much cozier. Each room includes a small water feature, which adds to the ambiance and helps mask noise from the surrounding areas. A nice touch was the tube-top, snap-close robes provided to guests, which were both comfortable and practical for the service. That said, there are a few areas where the experience could be improved. We would have appreciated more dry scalp brushing, combing, and overall massaging throughout the service, as these were the elements we were most excited about. Additionally, it’s clear the team is still refining their flow, as some parts of the treatment felt a bit disjointed. The blow-drying process, in particular, left room for improvement—not only was no heat protectant used beforehand, which is a concern for hair health, but the technique itself fell short of professional hairstyling standards. Our hair was still damp at the end, making it clear that blow-drying is not yet their expertise. That said, our hair was incredibly soft afterwards, which we really appreciated. In summary, Relux Head Spa offers a relaxing and informative experience with plenty of potential to become truly exceptional. With more emphasis on the scalp massage techniques, a more refined hair drying process, and a few other minor adjustments, we’re confident this spa could elevate its services to the next level. We look forward to seeing how they grow and improve.

I had the most incredible experience at Refulx Head Spa! From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was calming, and the staff made me feel so welcome. The head spa treatment was absolutely divine – the combination of soothing scalp massage, gentle pressure points, and nourishing products left me feeling completely rejuvenated. I could feel the tension melting away with every stroke. The attention to detail and the serene environment made this one of the most relaxing experiences I’ve ever had. My hair felt soft and healthy afterward too! I can’t recommend this place enough. I’ll definitely be returning for more and telling all my friends!

Never in my life have I run so fast to leave a five star review. The absolute best spa experience I have ever had! The entire staff was so kind and welcoming, very clean and relaxing. I was originally booked for only an hour but due to my extremely long and thick hair it took well over an hour. Never at any point did I feel like I was being rushed. This is an amazing addition to the area and I am so happy they have chosen such a great location! 10 out of 10 all the way around! Can’t wait to go back!
