If you’re looking for the perfect escape, this is the place for you! At the last minute, I decided I wanted to treat myself to a spa day for my birthday. I called to schedule a massage and facial, casually mentioning that it was a gift to myself. When I arrived, I was blown away! I was greeted with balloons, a thoughtful card, and the warmest smiles—it instantly made my day feel even more special. And let me tell you, this was by far the best massage I’ve ever had! The level of care and attention to detail went beyond anything I’ve experienced before. And get this—I had two people working on me at the same time! I felt like pure royalty. On top of this, the owner also offered me a mini complimentary stretch session that was divine! If you’re looking to relax, unwind, and truly pamper yourself, I highly recommend this place. I left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and honestly a little like Mike Epps—“I ain’t never had that happen to me!”

From the moment I walked in, I could tell I was going to receive the upscale treatment I truly deserve. I indulged in the Japanese shampoo massage, and it was pure bliss! The spa room was absolutely perfect—soft music, dim lighting, and a heated eye mask that instantly put me at ease. For 1.5 hours, I melted into relaxation and haven’t felt this rejuvenated in a long time. Plus, the service included a mini shoulder and back massage that I found myself completely hooked on! I traveled from Columbus Ga to experience the Japanese shampoo and Mel did not disappoint! The atmosphere was calm and relaxing. The decor was beautiful and the shampoo and facial was top tier! I definitely plan to to return and try the other services offered!

10 out of 10 across the board! The ambiance and service was evidence that every detail of your experience was well thought out from the moment you entered building. All senses will be stimulated. My husband and I received the best couples massage we’ve ever had. The beautiful ladies made certain we were comfortable and received the works! My husband has very limited to no feeling in his feet. Multiple times during the session you would hear him say, “oh wow, I can feel that in my feet.” Needless to say, we will be back every month as a part of our self care routine. I have to take one last time to brag on the staff! Their energy is like no other! I felt like I gained friends once I left. They listened to our problem areas and took their time to ensure we were satisfied! & that heated eye mask is worth the visit alone! See you next month ladies ✨♥️

My first and won’t be my last experience @ Relax and Release w/ absolutely amazing! It was a bday gift to myself very last minute and I’m thankful Mel was able to get me in. I should have showered before my experience so I could crawl right in bed upon return home. 😂. I’ve been waiting on this service to make its way to HSV and I’m thankful to have found her. If you’re looking for the ultimate relaxation spot, Relax & Release Spa is it! The vibe was so calming and cozy. The massage during my hair steam was everything, and the service was on point from start to finish. They spent a full hour washing & treating my hair, giving it all the love it needed, and the care before and after was next-level. After just a wash and blow dry, my hair was feeling crazy soft, silky, and refreshed. Definitely the place to treat yourself and unwind! I’ll be unbering next time I was so relaxed I didn’t want to leave. 💕
