I booked the hair spa for two for my best friend and I and let me tell you….10/10. We were welcomed three times and the final time it was the owner explaining to us what to expect. She gave really clear prep steps before laying down. Provided robes and slippers. There is a bathroom to change in. We followed the directions and they came in and explained that we were to relax as they moved our head around to get each side well. They do massages to your neck, shoulders, arms, and hands while getting steam on your hair. The massage for the scalp was amazing. The environment was clean, warm, and inviting. The owner is very personable and knowledgeable in scalp care and health. I will absolutely be going back!

I recently visited the head spa for the first time and had an incredibly relaxing experience. Helen was fantastic—she explained everything clearly, which made me feel completely at ease. The owner, Mikaila, was also wonderful; she’s friendly and easy to talk to! Would recommend trying them out

I just took a class with Mikaila, and wow—she’s amazing! She’s incredibly knowledgeable and shares everything she knows without holding back. She’s also super friendly, answers every question, and makes the whole experience enjoyable. During my class, she even gave me a head spa massage, and let me tell you, it was the best I’ve ever had—so relaxing and absolutely wonderful. I’ll definitely be coming back for more pampering!

Was gifted the headspa treatment and it was awesome! My service was provide by the owner Mikaila and she has strong yet gentle! I’m tender headed with a whole lot of hair and I was very well relaxed! My hair has now air dried and feels amazing and smells so good! Book book book!

My experience with Lauren’s massage was exceptional from start to finish, which is why I’m giving it five stars! First off, Lauren was incredibly professional and made me feel comfortable right away. She took the time to listen to my needs and any areas of tension I wanted addressed. The massage itself was both soothing and effective, with just the right amount of pressure. Lauren’s technique was precise, and I could feel the stress melting away with each movement. The ambiance of the room was also calming, adding to the overall relaxation. I left feeling completely rejuvenated and relaxed, and I can’t wait for my next session!

I am a business owner from Chicago and came here to learn about the Japanese Head Spa. Mika was a phenomenal teacher who explained every aspect of the process with great detail. I got the treatment as part of the class, and it was extremely relaxing and rejuvenating. Ushi did a wonderful job. The scalp scan showed the before and after, and I couldn’t believe the immediate results. All the folks are so so friendly and if you haven’t gone here already, you’re missing out.

Got the hair spa treatment done twice, done by Ushi and Mikaila - the place is clean and pretty. The girls are lovely. They make the beds comfortable. I felt welcome. I leave with my hair smelling great for days. The halo water is a hit and my personal favorite is just the water noise. Will be returning and/or using the spa for a gift idea.

I booked the Rejuve for 2 for my best friend and I and Ushi and Mika were amazing. Everything was very clean, professional and comfortable. I highly recommend for a new spa like experience and this is a great place to seek treatment in finding the cause for your psoriasis and eczema.
