Phenomenal services, staff, atmosphere… I can’t ask for a better place to visit for my recovery needs. Sauna and red light have especially helped me in times of need. When I finally gave myself a moment to try the Theralight red light therapy, I was hooked. I’ve been going consistently for months now and it’s really helped my overall health including pain relief, soreness, skin and complexion, mood, stress, and sleep. I feel great doing 3 sessions a week and intend to keep this going all year long. Thanks Regen ♥️

If I could give this place an 11/10 review I would. I live in NY and 3 days before my wedding my face had an allergic reaction and I had over 100 mini blisters on my face that felt like my face was on fire. After talking to my NY skincare doctor she recommended I find a place with red light. I went in and everyone was SO nice. Not only did they have a full body red light machine, but they offer to open early for me the day before my wedding and went over and beyond. They gave me alkaline water to take home for my skin, helped give me tips on what to do, and fit me into 2 different red light therapy sessions. A day later and the pain was gone and blisters healing. The day of my wedding, my skin was perfect and everyone was complimenting me and asking about my skincare routine! You all saved me for my wedding day/pictures and am SO grateful!! Couldn’t recommend here enough.

I have been coming here for a few months now, trying to get an infrared sauna in once a week. I like the first room that also has the red light panel. The more I research these two modalities the more I fall in love with my little routine. Feels like such an easy way for me to treat myself, but that is also so healthful. It’s also really affordable compared to what some other spas charge. And if you’re lucky, you’ll get some adorable doggo snuggles in the waiting room. Afterward I always get a smoothie from Eco Bean. Do yourself a favor… Treat yourself by trying one of their services.

Really enjoyed my sauna experience! I like how they have the red light available for added health benefits. I also really like how they have a shower in the room, very much needed if you have plans after and don’t want to go home just to shower and good for preventing breakouts from sweating so much!

I had a wonderful experience at Regen! I booked the Day Pass that included the Theralight 360 Full Body light therapy, Infrared sauna and foot detox. It was just what I needed and felt very relaxed after doing this package. I highly recommend it! The staff were very kind and the building felt brand new. Thank you! I'll be back for sure.

I had an amazing experience at Regen! I chose to do try out all of their services (Sauna, Red Light Therapy Bed, and the Detox Foot Bath). They have beautiful, state-of-the-art facilities and machinery, an incredibly relaxing ambiance, and very friendly staff who takes the time to explain the benefits and meanings of each service. How can I express my thanks and gratitude to Justin Cruz for bringing to Burlington VT what was so needed. It is a true SPA in every sense of the word. I definitely recommend TheraLight 360. My husband and I came in for a trial session and we’re hooked. We bought the unlimited package because we wanted to truly feel the benefits of the light treatment. Commit to your health! Live pain free! I recommend it!
