I have been to several head treatment shops, and this one impressed me the most. The environment is clean and tidy, the gentle music and their high-quality service. The fatigue that made my boat and car disappear all of a sudden. I will come again next time.

While on vacation in NYC, I told my sister that I love getting my hair washed before a haircut. She told me that head spas were a thing, so of course we had to check one out. We booked the 60 minute steam scalp treatment and head massage. It was incredible! The team at Refresh Head Spa is very professional and friendly. They checked in several times throughout the treatment to make sure we were comfortable with the pressure and the temperature. The lady at the front desk accidentally overcharged us because she thought we had booked the higher tier option; she caught her mistake and came outside to double check with us and refunded us to make it the correct amount. Exceptional customer service throughout the whole experience and I’ll definitely be back to treat myself again next time I’m in the city!

My boyfriend and I came for head massages on a Sunday morning. We both really enjoyed it. I thought the pressure of my scalp massage was perfect, my bf felt his was a bit rough. I would just recommend for you to communicate the pressure that you want . The price for this place was right.

I absolutely loved my experience at Refresh Head Spa. This was my first time ever visiting and receiving this type of treatment, and I absolutely enjoyed every second. My technician, Bella, was very kind and did an excellent job. She even braided my hair finished with a beautiful pin to end the visit! I am amazed, and will definitely be back! 5 stars all around! Highly recommend!

The air dry and oil was really nice. My hair looked great. The service itself was nice. Not awesome, but nice. The massage part could have been more firm. Everything could have been more firm. It was a glorified hair wash - line at a salon, just longer, and honestly not as good as head massage as my stylist does. I won't be back, but I don't regret going. I'm really glad I tried it. I think I'd just rather get my feet rubbed. But you might prefer the head!

10/10!! So lovely and warm! I was a walk in, greeted so kindly with a water bottle and smiles! Honestly the best treatment I’ve had in a while… I received the scalp massage treatment and prefer it over a traditional massage now. I fell asleep! Make sure to ask for Bella, she is amazing! Can’t wait to go back and bring my friends, we are actually going next week :) Also very well priced! Bella blow dried my hair after the scalp treatment and let me pick a cute hair clip to take home! Very clean and you can tell the owners take pride in their salon :)

Got the full body massage (have not tried the scalp treatment yet). Pretty good! My only complaint is that I asked they focus on my neck but they mostly did my back. They did do a free cupping though! Would definitely go back. Nice and quiet, relaxing.

Such a relaxing experience!! I’m so happy to have a scalp treatment business here in Greenpoint. Normally I have to go to the city for this. I have scalp eczema and headaches. This treatment was perfect for both. I will definitely be coming back.
