One of the best spas in vegas from, their amenities to the people who take pride and care in their job. I’ve had the best massages only from women here. Mika is the best! They have an outside heated pool for the winter, a soothing steam room that smells so amazing and really good snacks. i love it!

Masseuse Justin was phenomenal. I wanted deep tissue && he did not play. I had a locked up shoulder && it feels brand new. The adjustable bed to incline on your back vs just the knee bump was a great surprise. Awesome staff in the day spa. Super clean with nonstop restocking of everything. They supply just about everything you could need while here- from basic slippers, robes, towels- to razors, deodorant, brushes. Best day spa experience in Vegas

Over priced, over crowded, unprofessional and I will not be back. I am a local and decided to finally check out the spa. I’d been hearing good things and received a couple RR spa gift cards as presents recently. I left RR less than two hours ago, and I wish I would’ve gone elsewhere. My services totaled over $700 and I feel ripped off. To start, I don’t know if they intentionally overbook services for their capacity, but there were no available seats while waiting for services. There were bathroom lines and it felt like cattle being herded on top of each other. The masseuse kept trying to have conversation throughout the 80 min massage, so I never really got to relax or unwind. My facial was sub par, I feel like it was more like a face wash that I could have accomplished at home. And my pedicure didn’t include nail polish, which I’ve never even heard of before. Paid extra anyway for polish and even extra again for making it gel polish, and then the finished polish looks lumpy. I would have let all of this go silently, and not written a review, but the tall silver haired spa attendant was the last straw. She is rude, condescending and has no business in the service industry. I asked her two questions, one to locate the restroom and one to locate the place for pedicure services. Both exchanges were shockingly unpleasant with either a snarky comment or an underhanded micro aggression. I rarely write bad reviews, but I had to for this one. If you are looking for a warm, relaxing, friendly, and professional experience, stay far, far away! There are so many better spas around for half the price. I only gave an extra star because the place is clean. Good for them. Never ever again!

An amazing spa overall! I loved my couples spa, the dry sauna, wet sauna, jacuzzis, cold pool, and outdoor co-ed pool with cabanas 💖💖💖 fantastic spa amenities! However, towards the last 2 hours of my stay the snacks were put away, another attendee had to request more, they put it out, then I noticed it was put away again. Lastly, the only drinks offered are water and EXTREMELY sugary juices! I was a little shocked by how much sugar was in those tiny bottles 🥲

My partner and I went to Red Rock Spa for a couples massage and facial for our anniversary. I had found this place from Google reviews and I’m glad that we were able to book here. The amenities were great and the entire place was very clean and welcoming. Our actual services were great and it was a highlight of our trip. We would definitely come back again for their services, amenities, and wonderful providers and staff.

In short, choose a different place unless you want to pay for people who are trained how to cut corners instead of how to do a peoper massage. Being a spa lover, I have been trying out different spas. Red Rock Spa just did not live up to its reputation. The massage experience is horrible. I booked 50 minutes wellness massage for both my husband and myself. The appointment time is 2:00pm on a Thursday. When I arrived, the area was packed, there are at least 10 people at the waiting area. My masseuse did not come and get me until 2:02. After entering the massage room, some talking and introduction and getting myself ready to lay on the massage bed. I tried to inform my masseuse twice that i am ready. No response. i waited on massage bed for like 5 minutes. That being said, masseuse did not started until 2:10. My massage including a scalp oil treatment which the masseuse did not even touch my scalp but just applying oil on my hair. And as soon as she started, I don’t feel relaxation, she was just touching my skin in a very uncomfortable way. i nicely and tactly informed her that I could take a bit stronger pressure, She responded to me that would be deep tissue massage??? (Btw, I am an women who is sized 5’4” and 100 lb. Honestly I am very regret that I was being too nice and kind and did not ask her to leave the room right away which I really should have!) For the dozen massage places including rampart spa and summerlin local like salt room, i have never meet a masseuse like this. She had no idea what she was doing and what massage means. During the massage, she took her time to wash her hands for like 3-4 times. Seriously, i have no idea what that woman was doing. Towards to end, she took her time to wash her hands again and wait for the clock ticked to 2:50, then she told me the treatment is finished like (on time). The really massage/touching time would be around 25 minutes top in an uncomfortable way!

If you’re a local and come here frequently- GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! I usually don’t leave reviews but I’m truly upset with the service I received here today. I have been coming to the red rock spa for months. I’m an athlete and need frequent massages and they are one of the only low key spas I’ve found off the strip that has full hydrotherapy so I drive 30mins to them to avoid the strip. Since I’ve been coming here I’ve recommended it to all my family and friends and even had a couple conferences where I had talked some colleagues into booking with them. However now I’m afraid I will no longer be recommending their services or using them. I called Monday to book a day pass and they said they were full and that I could come in Tuesday but to just call ahead and check. I called Tuesday and they say they have availability and to come on in. I called at 9:55 and arrived at 10:30 and when I get there I’m told that they don’t have availability. Mind you their day pass is $100 but they tell me I can come back at 2pm but still have to pay the full price (make that make sense). When I ask the receptionist how this could be avoided in the future she had no answer other than the lady I called should’ve booked me instead of just telling me to come in. So I was punished for the mistake of the other receptionist? I wasn’t offered any kind of compensation or deal or anything even though I will have driven an hour in total. I left feeling unheard and like my business meant nothing to them despite me being a frequent client and recommending them highly. Really sucks. Hope they get a better system in place because this is truly disappointing.

I usually do not like leaving bad reviews but unfortunately I have to on this one. I am 7 months pregnant and went to this spa to do a prenatal massage. I was really surprised when the therapist asked me to lay on my belly using a pregnancy pillow with a hole that was very small…the safest position for prenatal massage is on the side. I told the therapist but she told me that if you have this kind of pillow side lying massage isn’t required. I was in pain most of the massage because the belly was half squeeze and I was worried. I asked to put a towel to help a bit but it didn’t help and the therapist barely care. She didn’t even check if my belly was placed correctly or if I was ok during the treatment. The massage itself wasn’t great and very short (40 min) it was supposed to be 50 min. Anyway, for you to be safe do not get your prenatal there they do not know how to handle it and you won’t enjoy it.
