The staff was incredibly professional and welcoming, walking me through every step of the process. The head massage was heavenly—gentle yet effective—and the scalp treatment left my hair feeling soft and refreshed. I had an amazing and relaxing experience. Hannah was kind, attentive and a master at her skills. I was blown away! She was knowledgeable and helped me with understanding the right products to use for my hair type (with no pushiness). They were actually cheaper than online- surprisingly! I appreciate that they use products that are clean verified as I'm super sensitive to products. No breakouts afterwards! My hair is so fresh and bouncy and my scalp feels the cleanest and healthiest it's ever felt. I'm excited to have found a caring team for my beauty routine!

I truly luxurious experience! I feel completely restored after my session this afternoon with Hannah. She and Jena have curated the perfect service for full body and mind relaxation. The service begins with an analysis to see where your hair could use love. We began and I loved the comfy heated blanket I was offered. I laid in a full body massage bed during the scalp treatment and could’ve fallen asleep! The treatment was effective and rejuvenating. And the girls were so sweet! This would be the perfect gift for a Valentine’s day surprise. Thanks Rainforest! ♥️

What an amazing experience 👏 I have never felt so relaxed getting my hair washed. This was very calming and relaxing, and my scalp and hair feels fantastic! I also didn't realize that a facial was part of the package which was a great bonus surprise. Loved the staff, they were very kind and thorough. Absolutely loved my visit! I got the hydrating spa service and Kasey was wonderful! It was so relaxing and very professional. I talked to Jenna and Kacey for a while and they were so kind and knowledgeable which made the experience even better. The studio itself was super clean and relaxing. I am definitely going back for another visit, and bringing my husband with me next time!

The most incredible experience! Run by 2 of the sweetest women and every second of the experience was created with such attention to detail. It’s now 2 days later and my (then constantly tangly hair) is now still so soft and tangle free. 100/10 would recommend to everyone.
