I am so glad I found this place. Peter and Suli are extremely skilled and knowledgeable practitioners. My mother and I came for reflexology and I can easily say that the quality and care at R&R spa surpasses nearly all of my experiences with reflexology/body work in the US. Make sure to reserve in advance-they can get quite busy (for good reason)! Cannot wait to come back up to the Berkshires so I can book another session.

Booked an appointment at my house for 4:00. 4:30 rolls around and no one shows up, sent an email and text and got no response. They responded 15 minutes later saying not today and tried to rebook for another day. Thank god it wasn’t prepaid. Not professional and will not rebook

Booked an appointment here as part of a treatment plan for moderate DDD and OA in my spine. My back muscles spasm constantly due to spinal weakness and the pain can be unbearable. I had no idea if this would help but my muscle pain has been reduced to about 25% of what it was before I came in. When it goes back up I will definitely be back. The massage was so relaxing and I could feel all the sore spots being worked out, a perfect combination of light and deep pressure, that didn’t make it painful which is what I was anticipating due to how bad my back is….but nope…pain free. The place itself was easy to find and comfortable with off street parking. Their prices are great, and for what you get the prices are better than great. I got the 60 minute table massage but they offer a bunch of different massages at different costs (something for every budget). If you are in the area for vacation, do yourself a favor and make this a part of it. If you live/work in the area and haven’t been…go! This is a great way to treat your mind/body!

Peter is my favorite masseur for deep tissue massage! He also has great working knowledge of acupressure and is able to literally remedy any pain within a few visits. When I'm looking for a gentle massage, I book with SuLi who is also very skilled with a softer touch.

BEST KEPT SECRET! Walk-in chair massages are AMAZING and it is only $20 for 20 minutes! Think of those massage chair booths at the mall but also with foot reflexology, table bodywork, and head massages. The owner, Peter, is a great guy, but doesn’t speak much English. He used to run a booth at the Berkshire Mall, but when that closed down he opened up his own shop. Come support this local business! Highly recommended : )
