Queen Ann Nails & Day Spa

I got my nails done on a Sunday a couple times first time full set with gel polish & pedicure with gel polish I went back recently for a fill with regular polish a week and two days ago. When walking out I asked why I was charged a soak off fee and fill because they drilled off my top coat with a drill which is required for a fill.the lady at the register told me it was a charge for the tools used… crazy but I just went on and made a decision to not return again. Although , the ladies working have always been nice and accommodating. I’ve been getting my nails done for over 10 years, religiously. I had lifting after a week and decided to remove tonight. It’s taken an hour and a half so far on one hand and I still can’t remove it all. This is definitely MMA and not regulated EMA monomer. If you don’t know what that is I encourage research on the product and its dangers. Scary. Buyers beware. Update took 3 hours to remove and upon further examination noticed my thumb nail has separated from the lateral nail fold which caused initial pain I thought was from lifting. The owner “Chris” called today very unapologetic, didn’t take accountability, and denied my experience. Tried to gaslight me about the ILLEGAL PRODUCT they used on me.

I I came here for my preteen granddaughter birthday pamper outing and our group of 6 were all pleased. Staff is very friendly. The atmosphere is great. We were all pleased with our manicures and pedicures.

They charge for everything. $5 for shape, I got short almond, $12 for a clear coat. Like what else would you put on, just sent me out with matte acrylic nails. $5 take off service. They didn’t even shape up my real nails or clean my cuticles. My nail beds hurt like hell. I used to go a long time ago and they went up on their prices for sure. Just make sure you have the pockets to go here

Im a loyal customer who has been going to queen ann’s for over 2 years. First to say my birthday is tomorrow so this pedicure was very important for me. I also was going to get a full set as well. The lady who did my toes I felt like rushed my pedicure and did not care about my concerns due to the fact she told me she had an appointment coming in soon. I do get acrylic on a few of my toes. One of my toes I asked her could she make it look like my other toe by adding acrylic. Her first response was that’s just how my toenails are shaped and wasnt much can be done. I told her that they did my toenails previously and was able to make it look the same. She attempted to fix it and asked me how they looked. I still was dissatisfied and offered another way to help using the same technique the previous nail tech did before. She brushed the situation off and said that’s how my toenails are shaped and she cant do anything about it. Anytime i’ve had pedicures done here & someone was not able to do the acrylic or do it a certain way they offered someone else to come assist. I was so upset because I always come here and everyone is usually nice and understanding. Today I felt like I was unheard and not serviced professionally about a service that I am paying for. I didnt even get my full set done due to being unheard about my concerns. Instead of brushing my situation off, an alternative should have been taken even if that meant getting someone else to help me. It’s sad that I had to go to another nail shop just for them to fix my toes and fix the problem in 10 minutes.

Came in and got a pedicure and gel polish on my hands, three days later had to return because my polish was chipping. They fixed that nail and I had to ask her to coat a few others, had to return three days later to get two more fixed and they wanted me to pay for the service(gel polish) and acted as if I wanted something free. They fix the issue but was disgusting on how I was treated for a mistake on their end.
