The salt cave was really nice. Luckily, we were the only ones in there and got blankets. I overheard the girl at the front tell another guest they had blankets but they were used, so I’d probably bring your own. We also did the deal that included the oxygen and foot bath. One of us had an oxygen that didn’t work and one of us had a foot bath that didn’t work, but we weren’t charged for the non-working part. The main issue was that the electrical wristband that we were told to wear left marks on my friends wrists! I have a defibrillator so I didn’t use it, because the worker wasn’t sure if it would be an issue and I wasn’t taking any chances. Maybe the marks are a normal part of the wrist bands but nothing was really explained so..

This is my second time experiencing the salt cave, it’s very relaxing, calming & I felt better after my 45 min session. You should wear white socks for the salt cave with comfortable clothing. There are many benefits to salt caves. I tried the oxygen, I’ll definitely be doing it again, I took 30 mins but you can take less or more. They have packages if you like. I felt rejuvenated afterwards & relaxed at the end. They were very friendly, helpful and offered me a complimentary beverage. There’s a hair salon, massage amongst other things. They sell salt lamps, jewelry, stones, hair products & more. I can’t wait to go back. If you’re hungry afterwards, check out Black Flannel for good food, cocktails & beer. Ciao!

My co-workers and I visited the Himalayan salt cave. I called ahead to reserve a time and told them it was for a work retreat. They reserved the entire cave for our working team. It was a very nice gesture. The cave was unique, comfortable and very cozy. It was recommended we bring a blanket to the cave since it is a cool environment. We did. We were reclining in our chairs, wrapped in our blankets and we were all able to decompress. We were all so comfortable and content, we snoozed. When our session was over, we all felt so much better and extremely relaxed. I would highly recommend this experience. In addition to the salt cave, Purple Sage also has many other services. Very nice place. Employees at front desk were very informative and accommodating. We did a session in the salt cave which was very relaxing. The only thing I would say is that if blankets are available one should be provided to each participant to access while in the cave. Our party was dressed for 70° climate but we were all very cold which did not allow us to relax completely. If a blanket was easily available we all Would have used it. Thanks. Overall a nice experience.

The salt caves are beautiful and restorative. My daughter likes them so much that she will leave the room for a moment, just so she can experience the awe of coming back in! The staff are kind and generous. I highly recommend a visit (or 10)!
