I went here for a year because it was close to home and other places were full. Over the past year they were always 30 minutes to an hour late. Last time I got my hair cut I asked for face framing layers in the front and asked him NOT to cut my long hair off in the back. He then cut 6 inches off and gave me a mullet… this is the before and after of the back of my hair as well as the reference picture for the front face framing layers . I will not come back.

This place is stunning! The atmosphere is welcoming and very luxurious! I was greeted immediately and they were super kind. I was treated with respect the whole time I was there. The hydrotherapy massage was put of this world. Crystal took great care to make sure pressure was just right. She took great care to make sure I was comfortable the whole time. The Euro facial was very nice. Crystal M. has a great personality and made the facial very fun. My face was refreshed and so smooth after. Thank you Crystal and Crystal M. for making my time at PurLux today so amazing. I highly recommend both of them. The hydrotherapy massage and the euro facial was so relaxing and perfect.

My boyfriend and I went for a couple's spa day. We received several services including facials, body scrubs, mud wraps, couple's 90-minute massages, couple's hydrobath, and salt room session. We also used the sauna while we were there. Absolutely wonderful staff! We had a better experience than we ever expected! Thank you PurLux staff so much for a great, relaxing day!

I’ve had several massages before including here at PurLux but last week I got the absolute BEST massage from a new (to me, not the facility) massage therapist named Crystal. Let me start by saying I’m an anxious talker and anxiety eats me up all the time causing me to talk. Crystal allowed me to talk during the massage and she was so sweet and so kind. We talked like we were old friends. She was so compassionate about my extensive scarring from a bad car accident. She made me feel so comfortable. On top of all that she massages like a BEAST! I like deep pressure and she definitely delivered. I’ve already got two future appointments scheduled with her. Hands down the BEST experience! *I hope you see this Crystal and I hope you know how thankful I am for the massage and therapy session. You are such a kind person. Thank you so much.

Absolutely love purlux. Great staff, great service, and great atmosphere. I love my stylist tiffany Hamilton. SHE is the only stylist on this earth that can get my hard to bleach hair. Blonde.... will never go anywhere else.

I had an amazing experience getting my bridal hair & makeup done at PurLux yesterday. Tiffany Hamilton gave me a gorgeous hairstyle & Brianna (Sunflower&Wolf) did an amazing job with my makeup. I can’t recommended them highly enough. I would definitely come back for spa or salon services. Thanks for making me feel so special for my big day, PurLux!

Sauna was broken and massage was not very good or deep. Left and booked another session somewhere else. Would not recommend for spa services.
