I had the pleasure of receiving a prenatal massage from Via, and it was an absolutely incredible experience. She is truly skilled at what she does, with a perfect balance of care and professionalism. She knew exactly how to target my tension areas while ensuring I felt completely relaxed and comfortable throughout the session. The level of relief and relaxation I felt after the massage was amazing. I would highly recommend Via to any expecting mothers looking for a truly wonderful prenatal massage experience!

Update: I’ve had three unpleasant experiences with the front desk staff now, and while I let the first two go, this time was unacceptable. A staff member named DaShawn was extremely disrespectful and wrongly accused me of not paying a bill—when in fact, it was due to her own mistake. As a gold member who sees Margo for services every single week, why would I ever just leave without paying? Not to mention, she sent nonstop nasty text messages afterwards on a weekend to the point where I want to cancel my membership altogether. This kind of vulgarism is disappointing and uncalled for. Wouldn’t want to come back here again! Original post: Kudos to Margo! I was a client of Karen’s for months until she changed shops. Initially, I was a bit nervous about changing masseuse even within the spa. But from my first appointment, Margo has been nothing but professional, diligent, and friendly. She truly cares about your well-being and the quality of her work is so consistent given that I visit her every 10 days. She has a background in chiropractic, so you’ll be in good hands. I highly recommend incredibly skillful Margo for everyone!

Vadym, is the Magic Man…. I have never had a man do my massages before, I usually choose women for my comfort level. However, the management team highly encouraged me to stick with Vadym because he was really good and has chiropractic expertise. He knocked off a few years (2018-2024) of stress I built up. He got to places in my body I didn’t know existed. If you make an appointment and really need stress relief, choose Vadym.
