I love purify. I’ve been going there for yoga for a little over a year now. Jeff and Josh are my favorite instructors!

Place was very nice, did the salt room! Very cool atmosphere, HOWEVER… I paid online for my 18 month old to do the kid session, which is 25 minutes. You need to be in the room with your kid, obviously. So I showed up and I ended up having to pay for myself as well. For a 25 minute session. Caught me off guard. This information was not on the site. And it would not be hard to add. My opinion: if you pay for your kid to do the 25 minute session and they are under a certain age, one adult should be able to accompany them for free. OR, please just list that the adult who is paying for the kid session will need to pay for themselves as well. The employee at the front even apologized for the website being clear…. So like, fix it? 😂

I paid for a 90 minute massage and got a 75 minute massage. I’m giving a one start for the lack of communication and that my massage ended early— I arrived 2 minutes past my appointment time and was not given any heads up prior to be there a certain amount of time in advance (to undress, etc) when I arrived I was told I needed to fill out paperwork, even though I’ve been here before & filled it out, it wasn’t a big deal to refill it out. However I did not know that the 10 minutes that would take was cutting into my massage time I paid for. I was not communicating with ahead of time that I needed paperwork and to plan accordingly. My masseuse also ended my massage a few minutes early from the “90 minute mark” Overall I don’t recommend going here.

So nice that this place is close to home so it's a very convenient location to get to. I've been here a few times for a full body massage and they did a pretty good job. The massage room was calming and lovely to be in. I definitely felt relaxed and rejuvenated after the massage. The massage therapist listened to my areas of concern in regards to what areas to focus on and the ailments that I had before the massage started. The salt room was pretty impressive, and I love the smell and ambiance of that room - feels really cleansing. The front desk staff is friendly enough, but a couple of times lacked charm and knowledge of things. The employee who gave me a chakra reading was really friendly and personable though.

I Had an exceptional massage from Liz! She was very professional and incredibly talented. She worked muscles I’ve never had worked before and increased my range of motion in my arms and shoulders. I’ve had amazing experiences at Purify. I’ve enjoyed the salt cave, yoga classes, Powerful sound baths, energy mapping, and an incredible foot zone. Cambria has a gift. Holly, the owner, seeks to hire the best in the business. All of my experiences have promoted healing and health. Holly has an extensive amount of knowledge about health, nutrition and oils. If you want the best available, this is it!

Traveling to Utah County to take my child to a day long conference, I decided I would use my waiting time on myself. I searched for massages and found Purify. After calling, I found they offered more than I expected. I spent my whole day and was catered to as I did a class, massage, therapies, and salt cave. End result…very satisfied and relaxed, and my financial responsibility was extremely low for the services I received, and the way I was treated. Already reviewing my calendar to see when I can visit again for round two!

I was so excited to try this place bc I’ve heard such good things and unfortunately it was SO disappointing. We had a reservation for the salt cave at 6pm, didn’t get in until like 620-625 bc another group was in there and was running late? Not sure what the point of a reservation is if they’re gonna let people in that will overlap a reservation? We specifically had scheduled at 6 and were told that no one was scheduled at that time so it would work perfect bc I had a massage scheduled at 6:45pm so I was only in the salt cave for a bit before my massage. So that was a bit disappointing since we paid for 45 minutes but that was honestly the least of my issues. The massage was one of the worst massages I have ever gotten, the massage therapist was not into it at all. You could tell she was just ready to leave. I maybe got some pressure on my neck/shoulder for 10-15 min the rest was random tapping and GLIDING her hands across my back? I wish I was kidding. No pressure, just hands over my back and SLOWLY moving them up my back? Almost like she was trying to kill time? I also specifically told her I did not want my feet massaged when she asked and she spent a big chunk of time massaging my feet. My bf also had a massage scheduled after mine and he had the same issues (he had the same massage therapist) same gliding, did not work on any of his knots, just random tapping and stretching. The massage doesn’t even get one star it was honestly 0/10. Sucks bc I have always wanted to visit this place and finally decided to make the drive from woods cross and it was such a let down. After experiencing this the hype for this place is honestly insane to me? Best of Utah? How!? Maybe we went on an off night but for $250 you would think this place would always have high service standards.

I started going to Purify because I had a really bad cough so I could start going to the Salt Cave that they have. I had gone to MD doctors to help me with this cough and nothing they gave me helped. When I started coming to the Salt Cave my cough has got so much better. It was not overnight but it has helped a lot. The staff is so friendly and so kind, it is a very pleasant atmosphere. I am very grateful that I was told about Purify and what they had to offer me for my health needs.
