Tanya and Zina were wonderful, the music and smells set the mood, Zina was welcoming and hospitable, . Tanya gave me an awesome anti-aging facial. She gave me a consultation on a skin care routine at home and was very honest. During the facial, she made sure I was relaxed and soaking up my experience, while she had a steam machine with my choice of aromatherapy which was eucalyptus. She washed my face twice and applied the special treatments to meet my needs. I really enjoyed my experience and the results! I will be returning again. Xoxo

I booked the Signature Facial, and it was absolutely incredible. My esthetician was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to assess my skin’s needs before tailoring the treatment to perfection. The facial itself was so soothing, and the high-quality products left my skin feeling refreshed, hydrated, and glowing. I also appreciated the gentle massage included—it was the perfect touch of luxury. The customer service at Pure Spa was top-notch. Got my first ever facial from Pure Spa and it was a great experience! I received a custom facial with a few add ons (Himalayan stone massage, LED treatment, and hand treatment). I felt very welcomed and comfortable throughout the whole experience. Anya talked me through everything which was very helpful as a newbie. I will be back to Pure Spa very soon!

This was my first facial ever. I was a bit apprehensive initially, since I did not know what to expect. I felt really at ease by Tanya because she was extremely supportive and informative about the whole process. She explained every step thoroughly, describing incredible amounts of information of what was going on with my face and how to correctly and appropriately address my needs and concerns. She exhibited such a calm energy that contributed to a tranquil ambiance from my visit. From the comfortable heating bed to the gentle touches on my face made the whole experience truly relaxing. Tanya takes as much time to make sure that you are comfortable and provides resources such as refreshments, snacks, and helpful packets containing information regarding your facial needs. In hindsight, it was an amazing first facial experience, and I can strongly attest to her ability and confidence in providing an exceptional experience from the moment you walk in until the moment you leave. I would highly recommend in doing your spa treatment with Tanya.
