I had a wonderful experience at Pure Luxe Salon, Spa and Medspa. The facility is absolutely beautiful, clean, serene and thoughtfully designed. I especially appreciated the use of the sauna, women’s lounge and locker room, which made the visit feel even more relaxing and luxurious. Emily gave me a Deep Swedish Massage and I couldn’t be more pleased. She was professional, friendly and incredibly respectful throughout the session. I really enjoyed our conversation and she made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. I highly recommend both Emily and Pure Luxe if you’re looking for a high-quality spa experience.

The Salon is beautiful. Everything from the lounge to the locker rooms to the sauna to the massage room was perfect. My massage therapist Christine was amazing. Very kind and listened to my needs and concerns. Highly recommend Pure Luxe. Will go back.

I feel welcomed and pampered here. Morgan has helped me to get my hair to a better place both in color cut and healthiness. I also tried the facial side of the salon for the first time and had a great experience.

The staff was friendly but the blow out that was done looked terrible and it was $80 on top of looking bad. I would have given 3 stars because I believe the girl tried to do well, but when I called to cancel my next appointment because I wasn't happy with the results, nothing was done to try and make me happy or keep me as a customer. I wasn't even asked what I thought was wrong with the blow out. That is the reason for 2 stars. They clearly couldn't care less about my satisfaction. I guess it is all about getting the dollar and they must have enough repeat business that my repeat dollar doesn't matter.

Been using their subscription membership service for my wife for around 6 months. If you schedule any service at this salon, then you must pay a premium. I have absolutely no issue with this; however, if I pay for the best, then I expect the best. Coffee, water and beverages are complimentary at this Salon. My wife was at this Salon for 3.5 hours today, and in that amount of time, no one offered her anything to drink. This has never happened in any of the previous appointments. I guess 4 hours is he magic number where you get hospitality at a 5 star salon.
