I was gifted the afternoon delight. The facial was INCREDIBLE, Nikki was great! The lunch was very tasty, once I got to the pedicure- while the atmosphere was very nice, I was a bit disappointed in the pedicure and manicure. The tech, Kira was very sweet but she did not do a very good job on the manicure. For example- she didn’t even let my hands soak in warm water- just immediately started cutting my cuticles- my hands were ultra dry, no lotion- no small massage- nothing.. literally just filed my nails down and painted them- it was NOT a spa Manicure what’s so ever. Also- the gel polish she put on way to thick and missed the edges and it’s uneven through the nails- will probably need to take off and get fixed… all in all, the staff was very nice- I just was pretty disappointed in the manicure with Kira- she was inexperienced and if showed. Not sure I will be back. Update- I ended up going and getting the nails redone with a real manicure…

My appointment was for a 50 minute deep massage. Amie listened to what I needed and did an amazing job. She let me relax while giving me instruction along the way. I’m a mother of 4 boys so that 50 mins of peace was well needed. I would definitely go back to see her again.

Judy is one of the best hairstylists I’ve ever been to! She truly has an eye for detail and a passion for her craft. She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and delivered beyond my expectations. My haircut looks fantastic. I highly recommend Judy to anyone looking for a talented and professional stylist!!!

I was gifted a spa package here for a massage, hair cut and pedicure and the experience was wonderful. Amie gave an amazing massage, her hands are so soft and smooth and it is obvious that she is experienced and talented. Colleen gave a great haircut, my hair has never looked better and she was a joy to talk with. Kira was relaxing to be around, and had my feet looking and feeling great. The individuals here are experts in their craft and had me impressed. It was a very relaxing and stress relieving experience.

I was thoroughly disappointed with my recent visit to this establishment. My massage therapist name was Madeline and hairdresser name was Judy. Upon entering the bathroom and massage room, I was dismayed to find hairs on the bench and what appeared to be (reused?) towels with a strong, unpleasant odor and somebody’s hairs inside of the towel. This lack of attention to cleanliness was alarming. Furthermore, I had specifically booked the Evening Enhancer package, which includes a full-body massage and scalp treatment. However, I only received the body massage. The experience was marred by a lack of organization and attention to detail. I was instructed to wash my hair prior to the treatment, only to be questioned about it later & the hair stylist said she wouldn’t do a scalp massage I paid for. This oversight added to my disappointment. To make matters worse, the massage therapist failed to respect my desire for silence during the treatment. Despite my obvious cues, she continued to ask intrusive questions about my family and my personal life. I had come to this establishment seeking relaxation and a brief escape from my daily concerns, but instead received the opposite. She also tried not to complete a full body massage I paid for, her reasoning was she had “no time”. She asked me if she can only do my back. For a reference, my appointment was at x:00am time, the girl at the front desk didn't check me in right away since she was sweet talking to the elderly couple in front of me and only checked me in after 7 minutes into my appointment time. Management should check their facility cameras to see time stamps & how their customer’s desk personnel treats younger people vs elderly. When it came time to check me in I wasn’t even asked a simple question “Hello, how are you doing?” Not recommending this place if you’re young and around your 30s. When I came downstairs I witnessed the exact same scenario, elderly couple received more attention and my presence apparently was not important at all. The experience didn't improve from there. The hairdresser aggressively was trying in forcing me to purchase hair products, disregarding my polite decline. When I explained that I didn't have my wallet, she made an inappropriate comment about having my husband pay for it. This unprofessional remark was stunning, especially given that she had no knowledge of my personal situation. Overall, I was shocked by the subpar cleanliness, paid-and not received portions of the service, disorganization, unwelcoming atmosphere, and blatant disregard for personal boundaries displayed by this facility. From what I experienced at tbis place, I would not recommend this business to anyone else, and I give it a rating of 0 out of 10. Horrible!

I got highlights from Anne and she was awesome! Super fun to talk to and did a great job on my hair. 10/10 recommend.

The massage was perfect but the ending of my spa package felt like it needed some improvement. After I changed, I was a bit confused because the provider was not around until I started going downstairs to check out & it would have been nice to have her waiting outside the door with a cup of water like most spas do. Just my opinion for improvement. Overall, it was a great massage!

My skin is glowing after my facial with Camdynn ❤️. She was fantastic!
