I love this spa it’s a must for me to stop by & get a facial here whenever I’m on the island. I got my first ever hydra facial at the old location they are somewhere new now & the views are so pretty! I absolutely love that during the facial the esthetician was letting me know what they are doing & recommend. I’ve never had any type of bad reactions to the products after & I was so shocked after my second visit how much better my skin has improved! They do their best to give you such a great service which I really appreciate. Can’t wait to be back again :)

I have had many facials in my life and this one is top notch! Perfect balance of relaxation and excellent results. I did the hydra facial and she used specialized serums, masks and radio frequency! The treatment is also 90 minutes and a very fair price. Ai is amazing I will be back! My skin is glowing!!!

Ai always takes care of my skin very meticulously. I've had a lot of experience about facials, her service is exactly what I want. She is kind, also knowledgeable about skin care. I had hydra facial, seaweed peeling, acne treatment and so on. After her gentle treatment, I could feel my skin got brilliant and way smoother. The price is very reasonable, skincare products are good quality, there were no irritation/issues on my skin after the treatment. The various aroma oils are set up in the room, Ai always counsels right one in accordance with my skin condition and mood. The parking is easy and convenient. I also like the leg massager, its warm temperature makes me feel very relaxed during the treatment, and soft towel gown feels good. I highly recommend this facial spa; Must go spa if you are looking for delicate service, especially you have skin care regularly.

I’ve had many facials over the past 15+ years to deal with my clogged pores and hormonal acne so I’m very particular about my facial services. The hydra facial package that Ai provides is the absolute perfect blend of relaxation (spa experience), effectiveness (cleared my skin), price point (she offers kamaaina discount guys!) and location (easy parking). Ai even has experience doing extractions for an acne clinic in Japan and was able to clear up my acne and millia in one go. It was like a Dr. Pimple Popper moment! The hydra facial and organic peel left my skin so soft and so hydrated that it bounces (like jello skin)! I’ve been to other places that offer similar services but they were neither relaxing or more expensive without leaving my skin looking as good as this place can. I cannot recommend her more! Next time, I’m going to try the micro needling too!
