Such a treat! My massage was great by John Paul. I also enjoyed the spa lounge. I went into the salt room and the blue light room. I could have easily gone to sleep, I was that relaxed. I also drank complimentary cucumber water. They do offer other beverages for an additional cost. The staff was friendly and the facility was very clean. I loved the robe and slippers. The locker is also very convenient. I would definitely recommend 👌

Poppi's is an absolute gem! I received a gift card for my birthday, so I used it on a facial. It was absolutely phenomenal. The staff were friendly and helpful. It sits in the old News on 6 building, which they converted into the spa. I interned in the building ages ago and you can't recognize that it was a news station - they've done a great job on the remodel! Kaeley was amazing - she is so talented and knows her stuff! She guided me on what I need to do to make my skin better and I can't wait to put her tips to the test! I will be going back here!!

My husband surprised me with a mini weekend getaway that included a couples massage. Let me tell you, this place did not disappoint. We arrived early, enjoyed a little champagne, sat in the sauna & salt room, which both were relaxing. John-Paul was my masseuse and he worked miracles on my body. Gemma was my husband’s, who had some muscle issues which she worked her magic on. As soon as you walk in the atmosphere is calming, the smell of the place is amazing, crisp, clean, & soothing. The receptionist was welcoming & kind. Service was great & worth every cent! We are already planning our next visit! Book!! You will not be disappointed!

My kids gave me a gift certificate to Poppi’s, and I cannot recommend the services highly enough. From the moment I walked into the tranquil, welcoming environment, I felt at ease. The ambiance was perfect, with soft lighting, calming music, and a soothing aroma that immediately set the tone for relaxation. John Paul was my massage therapist. He took the time to listen to my specific needs and concerns before we began, ensuring that the session was tailored perfectly to address my areas of tension and discomfort. His technique was exceptional, combining some deeper tissue work with gentle, flowing movements that melted away my stress and left me feeling rejuvenated. I left the session feeling like a new person, and I am already looking forward to my next visit. Thank you, John Paul, for an outstanding experience! I also had an excellent facial, foot soak and a mimosa to top off my experience. Poppi’s also has a beautiful lounge to relax, an infrared sauna, salt room and a light therapy hut. It was a relaxing and perfect day. One of the best gifts I’ve ever received!

I had a prenatal massage with Jen and it was amazing. I had been having a nagging shoulder pain and she stretched and worked my neck and shoulder and gave me advice on how to prevent it coming back. I only wish I lived nearby I would book monthly massages with Jen. A perfect gift to yourself or family and friends.

It was a great first time experience. Music was on point. It was quiet and the room was dark. I had my own room. Jacky asked about my skin before we started and my facial routine if I had any. After the facial she recommended products that my face needs. Will definitely come back.

Poppi’s is such a cute spa! My friends and I love spending girls days doing lunch then going there! The environment is very relaxing! Lex is always my masseuse! She is amazing!

I have been a massage therapist for years and now am working a desk job, but my roommate surprised my sister and I with a spa day and I tell you what it was absolutely fantastic. I have worked in spas, chiropractors offices, massage offices and just for myself but this building in downtown Tulsa is a gem. I will definitely be going back and it only a little ways from my office.
