I highly recommend this salon! I have gone to a few different stylists at this salon and each time I left extremely happy! Julie Lopez is outstanding and talented! She has a great eye for color and providing guidance on what would look best for me. She also does hair extensions with high quality products, and she does amazing! I also love the HydraFacial, my skin is glowing after each session. If you are looking for a new salon, you won’t be disappointed!

I love coming in to see Sarah and Theresa! They do an amazing job taking care of you and listening to what you're wanting done. My favorite part is getting my hair washed with an amazing scalp massage :) Great atmosphere and great stylists!!

I was needing a new place for a hair refresh, and I wanted to give Platinum a try because I had heard good things about the salon. I called to make an appointment with whomever happened to have availability at the time I was looking for, and it happened to be Karlie. I was nervous to go into the appointment having had no personal experience with either the salon or stylist, but I was BLOWN AWAY by Karlie!! We talked through what I wanted, I showed her a couple inspiration photos, and she took it from there. During my service (2.5 hours - I have a LOT of hair), she was incredibly easy to talk to, kept me in the know about the balayage process, and made me feel very comfortable. The salon as a whole was beautiful, clean, and had a welcoming, relaxing vibe to it. I'm sure any stylist would be a great choice, but I got so lucky to be scheduled with Karlie, and she's my go-to stylist for good now! I have been coming to this salon since it opened its doors! Julie(owner) is the most welcoming, skilled stylist that i have ever had the pleasure iof seeing. I have had numerous treatments here from massages, facials, waxing, and of course monthly hair appointments for cut and color. Julie is constantly staying abreast of the newest products, trends and continued education. I would recommend her or her staff to anyone!

Had a color and cut with Theresa this morning. This was my first time doing an all over color, and Theresa was so nice and great at explaining the process and working with me to figure out the best color for me. I LOVE how the color turned out and she really listened to what I wanted on my cut as well. I'll definitely be back to see her!

I would recommend this salon for hair and skin services. Talented, professional, and experienced staff. The vibe is modern and fun yet comfortable, and it always feels like a luxurious 'treat' when I leave. I've had several facials with dermaplaning, where the esthetician remembers my skin type and issues, and tailors the visit to my needs. Female-owned, too.

No wait to get appointment. Scheduled online. I got into my appointment early so I got out early which actually worked out well. Stylist was amazing. Esmeralda did my hair and did a fantastic job. There are so many options of what to get, it's hard to decide lol. I will definitely be coming back!

This is the best spa, everyone is so nice!! I go see Adrienne for my facials and my skin has never looked and felt better!!! She’s my go too!! She also is amazing at brow lamination. I recommend so much!! I will continue to go to platinum spa!!
