Usually I love this place. I got off work early today to get my hair cut and arrived on time. The stylist let me know she was running late and I told her I could wait. After half an hour of waiting, I asked how much longer (her current customer was blown out). She said oh, I still have to do him, and gestured to another person. Why on earth didn't she tell me it was gonna be a minimum wait of Over One Hour?!?! On a Friday evening when I'm on time for my appointment? I wasted that time and took time off work. Really hoping they will contact me and make this right, bc I would like to go back if this can be resolved. Thank you.

Everyone there is so friendly and welcoming! My haircut was fantastic and the pedicure was soooo great! While there I learned there's a beautiful, relaxing spa in the back for facials and massages so I'll be coming back for a spa day soon!

First, I want to thank the nail tech for valuing my time and accommodating me, as I was a walk-in. That being said, my nails were done sloppily. I contacted the salon to check for immediate availability – I wanted gel nail extensions. I was upfront about the fact that I had to leave for another engagement in about 1 hour and 45 minutes and wanted to ensure that it was adequate time for the tech to complete the service. The company website states that gel nail extensions would take about 1 hour and 30 minutes. The tech also assured me that it would take about 90 minutes. The nail tech started my nails immediately and finished them in about 90 minutes, as promised. While it was done in the allotted time, as stated, the nails were sloppy. I had gel gluing my nails to my skin and gel polish on my fingers. In addition, the polish was layered on thickly, creating lumps. And to finish, many of my nails were not completely painted. As said, I appreciate the tech for accommodating me on short notice, and the appointment did take the 1 hour and 30 minutes as advertised. But the service that I received was less than satisfactory.

I was seeking out a spa that offered massage, facial, mani & pedi. After reading reviews of local places. I kept coming back to PHD. I'm so glad I choose to book with them. It is clean and everyone is professional. Shari & McKenzie are absolutely fabulous top notch! What set them apart from other places is their communication and the service were absolutely amazing definitely felt pampered. Thank you PHD team for thinking of every detail for a great visit!

I have had a long relationship with one of the owners, Melissa. She has done my hair for years and always gets the cut exactly right! We have gone from a short bob to long waist length hair and back again. Melissa helps me keep it healthy and well maintained. Loyal for life.

Melissa and her crew are absolutely the best! You will not be disappointed in any way. They are professional and they know their stuff! I 100% recommend this salon. Before pic super long hair, after totally amazing hair!!

I really love my new hairstylist Taylor! She's sweet and my hair always turns out like the pictures I show her. And for the price (my trim and shampoo were 40$ at time of posting) she cannot be beat in NLR! I don't color my hair so I can't speak to her skills as a colorist. She's a new hairstylist so get in quick before she hikes her prices! I plan to keep going here for the foreseeable future.
