Love, love, love Perspire Sauna. The staff is awesome, the facility is always clean and the health benefits are amazing! The pricing is very reasonable as well! Highly recommend!

No where on the website that I could find does it disclose that you have to be 19 to use the services. I bought a gift card for my son, told the staff that and there was no mention of an age restriction. Even if you’re 18 and have your parent’s consent you can’t use the sauna! You can vote and join the military but not use a sauna?! Pretty silly. So I’m out $100 because the staff gladly took my money but didn’t care to disclose this policy. I’m sure the facility and service is nice. My recommendation would be to have this clearly shown on the site, and it would also be ideal to train staff that when someone is in buying a gift card that they disclose the policy. Comes off shady

This helps me so much! Perspire is clean, the staff is friendly and you can book on the app! I am able to relax and de-stress all in 40 minutes. If you are always going and have no time for yourself, give this a try! You will feel great!
