If you need an incredible cut, this is the place to go. Dru gave me the cleanest fade I've ever had. It was awesome to get a cut from someone so passionate and committed to the craft. People's Choice is my new barber for sure. Check them out!

Great experience here! Sort of new to getting my hair professionally cut, I have mainly used Great Clips before. I was recommended to try out Peoples Choice by a friend and they were totally correct. Dru did a great job with my haircut and it was an excellent overall experience. Would definitely recommend and will use again.

Gave my son his first Barbershop haircut. He was gentle and the cut was amazing. Thank you!!

This place made me feel right at home! Yes, they are busy, but that's where you should book an appointment. A busy shop is a good thing, makes you know you chose a place in high demand! The guys there take care of you and want to make sure you get EXACTLY what you ask for. I live near Williston and will GLADLY make the trip to visit these fellas again! Mad respect!

I made a 2:30 pm appt online for my 12-yr old son to get his hair cut. I selected “no preference” for who will do the haircut because we had never been here before. My husband arrived at 2:36 pm due to the road being blocked for an event we were not aware of. The moment my husband and son stepped into the store they were clearly not welcome. The person cutting hair was rude and condescending. He asked who the haircut was with and my husband told him it was an online appt and we had no preference after calling me to confirm.
Since the person was already cutting someone else’s hair, my husband and son waited. After waiting a while, my husband felt it was best to leave because of the inappropriate music playing loudly in the store and the uncomfortable atmosphere that the employee had created. My husband was polite and said we would try again another time. The person’s response was condescending and instead of trying to have a civil conversation or just letting my husband go, he started arguing instead. He went on about us wasting the time slot, one my family would have been happy to wait for if the atmosphere wasn’t so unwelcoming and unfriendly. My husband wasn't sure if there would be another person coming in to cut hair. He assumed there would be since the man there asked him who the appt was with. However, the man rudely let it slip that he was the only one there so of course the appt was with him. So why did he rudely ask my husband and kid, when they first came in, who the appt was with if he knew it was with him, the only person there? This is incredibly disappointing.
Coming from Oakland, CA we were super pumped about finding a new barbershop to call home and to support local businesses. I was really hoping for a better experience, to build a relationship with a new barbershop in this town, and most importantly to support a local small business. I think the person working today made it very clear that we are not welcome. No questions, no conversation, just judgement.
I do not recommend this shop unless you are qualified to be a patron by the people working there. You will have to ask them yourself why my husband and son didn’t qualify for their professionalism and courtesy. Steer clear of this shop.

I was impressed with Dru's skill. I have thick, blond, fine hair that I wear in an inverted, asymmetrical bob. It's a challenging and technical cut. He took the extra time to layer and shape it, flawlessly blending the lines. Before I send you ladies with tricky hair his way, please remember the shop is priced for faster, less complicated cuts. I recommend tipping accordingly so show appreciation for the extra time. If I lived in Minot, Dru would be my go-to. Very professional and welcoming.

Decent haircut for being one of the only TRUE barbershops in Minot. Dru is a good barber that has a lot of pride in his work. You will be entertained and have a good laugh with the staff. It is a fun atmosphere.
Only problem I had in all of my year and a half of visits was timeliness. Appointments were too close together and you are almost guaranteed to be waiting 20 minutes to an hour for your cut with an appointment. I'd recommend expanding appointment slots to 45 minutes instead of the 30 minute slots. It would ensure haircuts do not run late. If this item was improved it would excel in its quality.
