My sister and I went for the Tropical Freeze Massage and facial package. It was absolutely amazing! Everyone who worked there was very friendly and patient. They helped us every step of the way. We were able to tell our masseuse what type of pressure we wanted for our message and they both did a perfect job with that. This was my first facial and I was pleasantly surprised! It's been 3 days later and my skin is still glowing. Also, my sister gets massages on a regular basis back home in NJ and she said this was by far the best massage she's ever had! I cannot recommend this place enough! It's definitely worth every penny! Thank you again, Paradise Massages Waikiki. We will definitely be back

My wife and I had gotten full body massages, and we both literally feel like we received a healing. The woman could feel exactly where there needed to be extra pressure and applied it. We are so happy with how good it was compared to many other places. We highly recommend this location if youre looking for massages!!

Amazing service from the staff at Paradise Massages. They booked me a 90-minute couples massage the same day I walked in. It was one of the best deep tissue massages I’ve ever had — and I get a lot of them since I run a lot. I would highly recommend them. Also, the location is super convenient, right in the center of Waikiki. Thanks again!

Booked a massage here on a whim with my hubby and father in law as we had time to kill before our flight out this night. The receptionist was very friendly and she was able to accommodate us on Dec 26. It was one of the best massages of my life!!!! I think his name was George (sorry if it’s not that) but his hands were beyond magical!!!! I love deep tissue and he just knew where to push with the perfect amount of pressure and worked on the tight knots in my shoulder and upper back and the best head massage after. My hubby and father in law also said loved their massages as well. I been to all kinds of fancy spas but this was amazing!!! We all felt a hundred times more relaxed. We will be back next time!!! Pricing was also great which is a bonus. A well deserved 5 star.

I was in Waikiki for 1 week had a couples massage with my wife & 2nd massage with same therapist. Despite being what seemed a renovated office , which had no washroom ( it was down the hall ) the massage therapist was EXCELLENT. Avoid the $800 massage at hotel & go here . Same massage if not better then hotel spa!

Both my husband and I went for a last minute facial. He had the Signature and I had the Island. I hadn’t had a facial in years and it was very relaxing. My husband had never had a facial and he was surprised at how great it was! I would definitely go back when on Oahu. Very friendly, professional, clean and quiet spa. Highly recommend!!

I got a massage here during my holiday. Our hotel spa was shut so we googled another option and came across Paradise Massages and they had good ratings. Communication turnaround time was excellent from online booking to confirming the reservation. Warm and friendly welcome from the receptionist. My therapist was great and listened to my specific needs especially since I had just run a 5K race (without prior training) and was feeling sore and needed a deep tissue massage. She adapted the pressure accordingly and it was a terrific treatment. Location is super accessible in Waikiki, it was a 7 min walk from my hotel. I would definitely recommend it! Only feedback: I feel the receptionist should have had a professional branded staff uniform instead her causal personal attire, and my treatment room was facing the city road so once the evening street performers started, their music overpowered the relaxing space music. It’s not a ‘luxury spa’ facility but the team and masseuses are very good. I recently returned to Paradise Massages Waikiki & Spa, I visited 3 years ago and was just as satisfied then. Booking an appointment in person was incredibly easy, and the staff were kind and accommodating from the start. I opted for the 90-minute full-body massage with an additional 30 minutes of reflexology, and it was phenomenal—definitely one of the top 3 massages of my life! (I get massages every two months at home, so I was impressed by the quality here.) Though the spa is located in the mall and has a modern minimalist design, rather than the typical luxury spa ambiance, it more than makes up for it with its cleanliness, friendly staff, and top-notch service. I was pleased to see the reception staff had upgraded their attire to suit the expectations one would have for a spa. The consistency in my overall experience speaks volumes—I’ll definitely be back on my next trip to Waikiki.

Had a great experience at Paradise Massages! My massage was wonderful and the staff were all very nice. My masesuse was very considerate and checked in with me several times during our session to make sure I enjoyed the pressure level. I can't recommend enough!
