I own a spa so whenever I’m traveling, I seek out a unique massage experience. After reading the reviews, I chose to book a one hour deep tissue and a one hour face massage. I believe her name was Mia. My treatment was fabulous and I even sat in the infrared sauna after. While there I got to meet the owner, Josh and his wife briefly between her appts. They are lovely people who are passionate about the healing arts. Don’t even hesitate book your treatment now. Next time I’m in town I would like to try the Japanese head massage. It looks like a fabulous treatment with a very cool bed sink combo. I have highly recommended the Spa to all of my Birmingham clients.

This was our first time at Pangea Day Spa for our couple’s massage, celebrating our Birthday/Anniversary. They had a level of professionalism from beginning to end that was top tier. Needless to say my husband and I will definitely be back. Special thanks to Jake and Dani for helping make our special day that more special, you both were amazing. We received the Swedish Massage with Hot stones, and it was the best.

One of the most relaxing experiences I have had. Nice environment with pretty ambient lighting and relaxing music. Very professional masseuse who checked in with me regarding pressure, tension. Will definitely be returning.

I loved Mia. She was amazing. I have herniated discs and was in mega pain going in and came out feeling great. I had a 90 min full body Thai massage.

This is a hidden gem! I have never had such a great experience at a day spa. They are attentive to your needs and provide professional mastery service. I don’t have to drive on the other side of town anymore.If you’re on the fence about coming, do it! You will not be disappointed.
