Panacea Luxury Spa

I've been here for eyebrow waxing and for a chocolate strawberry body wrap. I had good experiences for both. I loved the body wrap with a mini facial add on. When you buy services up to a certain amount, you have access to the amenities as well. I used the showers, hot tub, steam room and relaxation area. After a couple hours there, I felt like a new person! Great ambiance and customer service. I would highly recommend.

Come for the services, stay for the amenities! Today (27 Feb 2025) was my second time visiting Panacea Luxury Spa and will not be my last. It has claimed it’s rightful place as my most-loved high end spa; a position formerly held for 10+ years by another day spa in the Columbus area. I had a 60 minute Swedish massage from Courtney. Her hands are magic! Very through with attention to each knot muscle group and all the little knots. I’m usually one to be chatty, but opted to try to clear my mind and truly relax. She honored that space and spoke softly when needed. The amenities are first of its kind to the Columbus area. Yes, you get the white robe and slippers and a quiet room… but there is SO much more than that. Himalayan sea salt sauna, large jacuzzi/hot tub pool, eucalyptus steam room, and a cold plunge pool along with a quiet space with 4 lounging swings and cozy velvet chairs. The eucalyptus steam room is my absolute favorite. 15-20 minutes in there and my sinuses feel better along with my skin feeling more hydrated. Bring an ice towel provided outside the door to help you cool down. Or, there are cold water sprayers inside the steam room. The sauna isn’t too hot and is a comfortable spot to read a chapter or two of a book, enjoy a cocktail, or rest your eyes for a moment. Cold plunge pool is something I have to hype myself up to get into and can only last less than 30 seconds. However, it shocks my system and helps me reset my emotional regulation (thank you, anxiety disorder). They have light bites (nuts, fruit, cukes, chocolate covered dried fruit) and plenty of infused water. The house-made cocktails are refreshing (try the Espresso Martini and Blueberry Lavender Lemonade). Chocolate Cafe caters with a ~$25 minimum order. So. Good! You’re able to book just the amenities for a 3 hour window without spa services. Completely worth it, IMO. This is an unassuming gem of an oasis in the middle of a residential/business area but you’d think you were in the high end day spas of the west coast! I will be back sooner than later for our annual girls spa day with my 3 friends! Anytime I’m needing a moment away from the chaos of work, raising kids, keeping house, and maintaining community - I know where to go :) (Video from my first visit on 17 January 2025.)

We came here one Saturday afternoon for the couples massage and cocktails package. The first thing that immediately stood out was how excellent the service was; everybody was super attentive/proactive and making sure things were going well at all times. The amenities were a little crowded, but definitely not at capacity. We were able to fully relax and converse softy the entire time. I loved the drink menu; they had some super attractive cocktails, but also serve pressed juices, wine, beer, coffee drinks, and infused waters. The chocolate covered raspberry martini was pretty darn incredible. The massage was super relaxing and we had great therapists. This experience was well worth the cost and we'll be back for sure.

Panacea has to be one of the most wonderful experiences I’ve had in a long time. The staff were incredibly kind and the atmosphere is stunning. The robes and slippers make it so I was comfortable from the moment I walk in to the moment I left. The mixologist (I feel so bad I’m forgetting her name but it starts with an E) is so bubbly and joyful, and makes some decadent drinks!! Not a detail is missed at Panacea. It truly felt like a once in a lifetime experience, but I cannot wait to plan another trip with my friends. Thank you to my nail tech, Averie, for being kind and fun loving. Thank you to the cleaning staff for creating a spotless environment. Thank you to the while Panacea Team for creating an experience I cannot stop thinking about and enjoying.

The staff were kind and professional. The gal who made sure towels and refreshments were replenished, was unobtrusive but ready to assist. The amenities were clean and comforting beyond my expectation. I loved the eucalyptus steam room, the relaxation room with view of the sunset while gently swaying on the chaise chairs. The pools and salt sauna so utterly calming and refreshing! I hadn’t enjoyed anything like this in so very long it brought tears of gratitude to my eyes. Suz checked me out and sent me with a few samples to try which I loved. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Really truly a gem that is worth every penny! After a recent visit, I had a follow up call with Jennifer who was fantastic in every way. They handled my situation exactly like a business should! My recent visit would not deter me from a repeat visit, as it was already my second time back. The amenities, the atmosphere, the staff, the boutique are all fantastic. Everything is clean and well kept! Staff members are always rotating cleaning up water on the floor, filling towels and water stations, emptying baskets and checking on clients. I have never had to ask anyone for anything because everything is always well stocked! It’s a great place to unwind any time of the year and I’m looking forward to my next visit!

I’m so glad Columbus finally has a spa with amenities. I really enjoy the amenities and services here. I think the prices are reasonable. 4 stars because some of the upkeep is already slacking after just being open for a year (showers not always pristine/ sometimes need restocked with shampoo etc.) staff is friendly, but I don’t feel like I get the A+ customer service I’d expect from a spa. I’ve been to many upscale spas so I know I’m probably judging harshly and by no means do my complaints keep me from coming back. Thanks for being in Columbus, Panacea!

Absolutely love coming here. My only complaint is that my gel polish was chipping within a few days. I can get gel done anywhere else for half the price so to pay $112 for 5 days of polish is insane. Other than that, I would come for everything else.
