Pretty decent place in my neighborhood. Above average massage place. Loved the head massage. I always love to get a bit of a head massage. However the quality of massage felt slightly underwhelming. I think I developed more pain than relaxation. The massage techniques didn't suit me that well. I am sure they probably did their best and I had better experiences in the Bellevue-Seattle area. Maybe with time the place will get better. They do have a 10% discount if you give a review. However I don't see coming back here to avail that discount 😅. The ambience of this place is super nice and lifted. So 5 stars on that. Also they were super nice to text me back about me leaving behind some of stuff in the massage room.

Incredible experience! My sisters and I booked the Chinese Herb Head Spa and it exceeded our expectations. It felt so good and so relaxing and staff were very kind and caring! Will definitely be back! ❤️

Excellent spa, very clean and wonderful staff. I got a head spa done and was expecting an oil massage but it was different. They did without the oil. Apparently there is a different package that includes essential oil. Next time will be trying that.

I come out to Washington twice a year and the plane ride and hotel beds normally always cause my back pretty severe pain. I found Pacific Massage when they were at the other location and have been there probably close to 10 to 12 times so far. It is hard to find a massage with good technique and stretching involved. Tracy is by far one of the best therapists I have ever had. She listens to the issues and unlike so many others, she focuses on the customers requests. She is very polite and friendly and a joy to talk to. I would highly recommend giving her a chance. Also, if you want more or less pressure, do not be afraid to let her know, she will listen. Thank you again Tracy.

Excellent massage! 🙂 Wonderful techniques and the perfect pressure. Modern spacious room and a relaxing atmosphere with piano music. She definitely knew all the right spots to relieve stress and tension. I’ll be back again! Thanks! 💆‍♀️

Great experience with head spa! Was very relaxing and fancy place. Loved the setup, I kind of slept off as it very soothing and the pressure was amazing, otherwise usually the pressure is underwhelming. Friendly staff and great ambience, highly recommended.

It was my first time going and I had asked for the signature facial. I didn’t realize it would come with an upper arm and hand massage as well which was a pleasant surprise. My face feels very relaxed and smooth. She was very sweet during my session. Will be going back again and trying the head massages. Thank you for a wonderful time!
