I love it here! The staff are always so welcoming and chill, and there are so many options for tubs indoor or outdoors. And they sell beer, non-alcoholic beverages and snacks. They also have a cold plunge situated inside between two of the hot tubs.

Best massage ever !! Denny was just amazing and very attentive to what I needed, we talked about my work and some of the issues I have, and in her vast experience she offered me such therapy. This place was a hidden gem, I enjoyed my time there and was able to relax with as much privacy as I wanted, plenty of room to be on your own and enjoy a book or a drink while soaking View upstairs is nice and great place to come with friends and just chill Definitely coming back every time I’m in town

Awesome Place... Off the Beating Path, Private, You can enjoy yourself! Didn't feel like a 3 ring circus like other places in town. This is my go to place for a Hot Spring in Pagosa.. Worth every penny..

Wonderful hot springs experience with a very helpful orientation tour. The Overlook area on the top floor has an amazing view of the Rockies and the river area with hot springs. We enjoyed the variety of temperatures and settings both outdoors and indoors. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Great experience! Everything was lovely! I’m in love with the decoration and every detail you could see there. Staff were super nice and helpful. It is cool that you can experience different types of hot tubs and pools and temperatures! You’ll get a completely different and chic hot spring experience here!

Really enjoyed this spot. Wife and I army into the bigger resort style places with large crowds so this was perfect for us. The old western vibes of the building were an added bonus. Jumping between the hot pools and the cold plunge was sublime.

This is a great place to go. It’s not too busy which is super nice compared to the bigger hot springs. People up front were nice and let us take a look through the hot springs. The overlook is nice and then they have a couple tub which was nice when you walk outside and six other individual ones or even for couples. Prices are very reasonable. I would recommend going here.

Visiting Pagosa Springs our main reason for our long drive from central New Mexico was the healthy warm waters from the spring up here in Colorado! After searching for nearly two days we struggled to find a location that was friendly and ADA accessible?! Thank goodness our phone call to The Outlook turned into great customer service instant access and affordable soaking! Thank you for helping us find a place to park with all the cities’ construction meeting us and explanation of everything. We felt so happily refreshed after our soak. I would recommend your spa to everyone!
