The Deluxe Scalp Spa with Stephanie was such a relaxing treat! I wanted to try it to get my dandruff under control. While it doesn't completely get rid of dandruff it is noticeably better and my scalp is less irritated. First picture and video are before. Third picture is after. I knew going in that dandruff wouldn't 100% go away so I wasn't disappointed. The studio was private, quiet and relaxing. The chairs were heavenly.

Excellent service. Absolutely obsessed with the color and haircut Stephanie gave me!!! Stephanie brought life back into my hair and was so detailed in every step. She took time to always reassure me of what we were doing it and why. I was truly shocked at the before and after. Highly recommend going to ORO spa. I have been to the location in Garden City and Livonia. Their team is AMAZING, personable, professional, easygoing, and knowledgeable.

I had my hair done by Stephanie today, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! She toned my hair beautifully and gave me a layered haircut that I absolutely love. Stephanie is incredibly skilled and detail oriented, making sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. The salon itself is wonderful…. so relaxing! The chair where she washed my hair had a massage feature, which made the experience even more relaxing. I also loved that it felt private since it was just me and Stephanie there.It was a peaceful, comfortable experience from start to finish. Stephanie is so warm and welcoming, and she checked in with me often to make sure I was comfortable. It’s clear she genuinely cares about her clients and their satisfaction. I highly recommend Stephanie to anyone looking for a talented stylist and an amazing salon experience!

Had a head spa session with Stephanie and it was AMAZING! I felt like I melted into the table! I had booked an appointment for my Mother at the Dearborn Heights location and she loved and it and encouraged me to book one here and it did not disappoint. Totally worth the money! You feel fantastic afterwards, and my hair felt so light and airy! It was amazing!!

My niece and I attended Oro Esthetics Spa (Livonia campus) to celebrate her birthday and did the Deluxe Scalp Spa for Two package with added on blowouts. Our estheticians were Stephanie and Isabel and they both were AMAZING!! We had the BEST time, and our blowouts were fantastic! My hair has never looked this good! I have attended a head spa in California prior, and this one was FAR better! Both my myself and my niece couldn't stop talking about how amazing our head felt and how relaxed we were! The studio was clean, intimate, and set up impeccably for us to have the most tranquil and rejuvenating experience - we 100% will be attending again! They even went the extra mile to customize a mug with my niece's name on it (which her name is spelled unconventionally so I know they had to get it done specially) as a birthday gift to her! Overall 10/10 experience and we can't thank Isabel and Stephanie enough for SUCH a wonderful and relaxing time!!

A few of us came here for the Japanese spa treatment. It was relaxing but definitely not worth the money. Just seemed like they wash your hair multiple times and I feel like my scalp felt more itchy afterwards. Glad I experienced it but I would not do it ever again and would not recommend this treatment for the price we paid. I would have rather have got a full body massage and facial for $300 instead.

I had a deluxe scalp spa treatment with Jitcel and it was very relaxing and made my hair feel so soft! Jitcel was kind, personable, and answered all of my questions. I will definitely be returning!
