From the first moment you enter this place feels like luxury and indulgence. The smells, quiet music, beautiful Thai decorations and friendly staff make a wonderful experience. I gifted my daughter in law a facial, and she came out glowing. Not only was her skin radiant, but she felt cared for and special. My 30 minute massage left me wondering why I had never done this before! I will definitely do it again, and booked a couples massage to share with my husband. Annie and Coco were wonderful, as was the service when I called trying to book last minute. Most places I called didn’t answer the phone, or were not friendly-Origins talked me through the options and were very accommodating. I even purchased a monthly package to continue to feel this good!

This is an amazing spa - I highly recommend Coco for facials and Poon for a Thai massage. They are both very professional and serious about their skills. The spa is super clean, quiet and smells heavenly. They have special deals for those over 65. Also, when they say 60 or 90 minutes that is what you get. I love this place.

My boyfriend got me a 30-minute massage from here as a birthday gift. The massage was terrible and wasn’t a massage at all. The masseur just oiled my body and left it at that. The only thing she did was press her elbow repeatedly and very hard on my shoulder blades, which was really painful. After the massage, I didn’t feel relaxed at all—on the contrary, my shoulder blades were sore. The staff had no idea what they were doing; even when I asked what kind of tea was being sold in the lounge, they couldn’t even answer. Waste of money.

Just had a good deep tissue massage in here! Shout out to Mickey, she was amazing. Very professional. I showed her some pain areas, and her technique were very professional in helping relieve that pain ! I recommend the therapist Mickey. Thank you!

I got a gift on Groupon and made a reservation for a Saturday. When I showed up to my appointment and asked if i can use the coupon, i was told it’s only valid for weekdays (which i admit it’s my fault to not read the fine print carefully). I then asked if i can pay out of pocket this time and save the coupon for another weekday, the receptionist simply said no cuz i would no longer be considered a new client; and i also can’t cancel my weekend appt cuz it’s too late. I get the policy but the receptionist could at least showed some empathy.. she did not try to help at all and appeared very rude throughout. During the massage, i told the lady to avoid my lower back and try not touch my big toe cuz i broke my toe nail skiing, which i thought was an easy request. The therapist asked me WHY she needs to avoid the area??? The massage turned out to be her pretty much just putting some oil on me and lightly touching my skin with no pressure at all… she also completely ignored my request to avoid the big toe so i had to flinch my foot quite a few times. Lovely atmosphere, but i felt like they have 0 care for their clients

I tried to reschedule and the lady at the phone told me that I was Irresponsible because I forgot my appointment! ( Rude) I explained her that I thought the appointment was on a different hour and that wasn't a good manner of dealing with a client , she hung up on me right after the phrase:- You are going to be charged 100%! Customer service not a priority. Won't be back

We signed up for memberships. The place is calming and smells beautiful everywhere. It's very clean. The entire staff is extremely friendly which I highly value. Tried multiple different massages here and they have all been wonderful. Highly recommend. I try to bring all my guests here and they've all loved it as well. Highly recommend Jada for facials. I have horrible acne and she really knows how to take care of it.

I recently booked a massage and anti aging facial here for my mom. The people here are super friendly and informative. They helped me choose the perfect spa treatment for my mom . My mom called me immediately after her time at Origins and couldn’t stop raving about how amazing the massage was and how her body felt so relaxed . Her facial was also great ! Her skin was glowing and she looked more youthful and vibrant . She also mentioned that the place is very calm , clean and well kept . One of the best Spas in the area !
