I've been going to Organic Origins for a year. I can't say enough about how amazing all the staff and services have been. I receive customized treatments for my specific needs -- lymphatic, heat, medical, therapeutic and exfoliating massages kept me going until I could get a major procedure and have helped me heal since. I definitely recommend the membership option for regular treatments.

I am writing to express my frustration with your day-of cancellation policy, as I recently experienced an issue with it. I understand that I agreed to the 50% charge for cancellations on the same day, but I feel compelled to share my reasoning for canceling. This morning, I woke up with a fever and quickly realized that I was not only unwell but also concerned about spreading my cold to others. My entire family is sick, and I am currently pregnant, so I made the decision to cancel my appointment out of consideration for both your staff and other clients. While I acknowledge and accept the terms I agreed to, I find the policy itself problematic. Given the circumstances, I believe that in situations like mine, there should be some flexibility in enforcing such a policy, especially when health and safety are involved. I hope that in the future, Organic Origins Spa might consider reviewing this policy, particularly in cases where health concerns are at play.

Great neighborhood spa! What a great find in the North End. The atmosphere was relaxing and Shanti gave a fantastic massage! I am now a regular and would highly recommend trying it out!

Kimmy is an absolute miracle worker! I commute all the way from Chicago just to experience her incredible massages. Her medical level massages are second to none. She has an uncanny ability to find and release tension, leaving me feeling refreshed and rejuvenated(and oddly a bit taller due to all of the stress I keep in my neck/back!). If you’re looking for a truly transformative massage experience, look no further.

I had a massage and Head, scalp, and neck massage with Chantel today and it was amazing! She applied the perfect amount of pessure, had a calming energy, and I highly recommend the Head/Scalp massage!
