My first spa day with this location. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating to showing me around. The robes and linens felt like butter! My friend recommended Jessica for a hydrafacial and it was an amazing experience. Jessica was super informative while providing a relaxing experience. She left my skin in top notch condition! Melissa provided me with the most relaxing massage, ever. I did not want to leave the massage room! I did not want to leave this place at all! 10/10 experience :)

I personally love this place and I highly recommend it. I find the therapists skilled and always caring, nice and welcoming. The Spa is clean, inviting and its design immediately puts you in a calm and positive mood. I had the privilege of trying several treatments (and gifting some to my friends as well) and I was never disappointed. I always leave this place a better person (relaxed, happy and rejuvenated) than when I entered (grumpy, tense and cold). A treat for the body and the soul.

I have been getting massages for over 30 years now at several places with many different therapists. Yesterday was my first time at On the Side. I had a 90 minute session with Allison and it was possibly the best massage I've gotten!!! The place has a great atmosphere as well. Highly recommend!!- Matt

Great experience at On the Side Spa in Westfield. Such a beautiful and relaxing space - fireplace, herbal teas and refreshing water while you wait or relax after your treatment. Massage was very relaxing and staff very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend..

Very accommodating with schedules where possible, but I suggest you book in advance. Appointments book quickly! I enjoy my services and look forward to going back each time. The team of technicians are nice and they too want you to enjoy your services. I love the little gift shop attached too, always something you’ll want to try yourself or gift to someone.

Adriana was great…informative and kind. First time coming here and I was pleasantly surprised. Loved the little shop at the entrance, even grabbed a new cute pair of shades. I’ll be returning 🥰

I go to OTS several times a year and the experience is wonderful. The locker room is clean and well stocked, with a sauna too! The waiting area has a fireplace, snack mix and tea. And today I had Melissa as my therapist. She had perfect pressure for what I booked this time and I will go back and request her!

I had an exceptional hot towel aromatic massage with FABIANA. I had an extremely tight neck and she spent time working through the tightness. The hot towels were fantastic. The massage was also very good. Highly recommend!
