Om Day Spa has a complete range of health and wellness treatments and therapies. I was very happy to find this spa because it also happens to be very convenient, right next to Dr. Kreil's office. I have been a patient of Dr. Kreil for 20 years and love his holistic approach to wellness. I really admire that he is so committed to keeping people vibrant as they age. The staff has the knowledge and expertise to handle all my needs, and the environment at Om Day Spa is calming and welcoming. I have enjoyed all my visits. If you're looking for a spa in Dearborn, I highly recommend Om Day Spa. Deanna works there and is amazing! She has great communication skills and really took the time to get to know me and make sure I was getting the right treatment for me.

When you walk in, it feels like you're being transported to tranquillity! The environment is peaceful, and the staff is very welcoming. Lori did an amazing job with my Swedish massage and paid attention to my problem areas. Will definitely be back!

I really like Om Day Spa. The service is great here. And, the massage/skin therapists, etc are all really good. However, it would be great if they were open on Sundays when people have more time to actually go to the spa.

Came here for a facial, massage, and pedicure expecting the type of service and atmosphere I had received previously. Instead, the staff was extremely loud, provided/offered zero amenities (previous time was given a robe and slippers and tea, this time none of the above). Started my massage late and still ended it on time even though I arrived 20 minutes early. None of the services were relaxing because of how loud the staff was, it a spa environment that matches the cost at all. Wrote to (twice) and called the spa to talk to someone about my experience privately but never heard back. Very disappointed because this was previously my favorite spa to go to in the area, it’s obviously gone down hill. Would not recommend or return.

My friend and I went for reflexology and facials, and my god was Jillian amazing with our facials! Definitely going back just for that! Steven was also very helpful with my foot pain, not only in working on it via massage but showing me great stretching techniques I can do to manage the condition on my own. I'm really grateful to the staff and the location is really just so beautiful, actually larger inside than it is outside! I will be making a reservation to return soon! 😊

This was my first time and om spa and I had the best experience ever. The location is so cute and it feels luxurious. The relaxation room is such a thoughtful idea. My masseuse was Lori and I had an 80 minute aroma therapy massage. It was beyond relaxing and I feel so rejuvenated. Definitely will be coming back.

Om Spa is wonderful. I've been a customer well over 10 years. It's nice, clean & has a serene atmosphere. The front desk staff are extremely friendly. Michelle Brown is absolutely amazing. I was completely discombobulated; so relaxed after my massage.
