I adore this place. It is consistently a haven of peace and relaxation, and I leave feeling refreshed and excited for my next visit. I had the premium scrub on this visit, and it was mostly great, though Sharon spent too long scrubbing my arms (they are sore and a bit raw today), and I felt that extra time would have been better spent on my front torso/quads. Other than that my time at the Olympus was perfect, and I rave about it to anyone who will listen.

I love this spa, and I'm so glad it survived the pandemic and is still thriving. It's a great place to spend a whole day pampering yourself, with multiple soaking pools, saunas, rooms, services such as scrubs and massages, and even a delicious restaurant you can go to in just your robe. I'd recommend scheduling any services ahead of time, since they do tend to fill up. They can also get filled to capacity on Saturdays and bank holidays, so plan ahead for those and arrive early.

Today was my third time visiting this location. In the past, I went during the week. No wait times, and a very pleasant experience. I went today - on a Saturday and it’s a very different experience. Don’t think you’re going to get in with a “day pass” at least early in the day. Insane wait times, then, the wait time you’re quoted is only an “estimate”. They do not accommodate day pass clients in an efficient or effective manner. Lesson learned on my end. Their method could be improved, but that’s not their priority. They won’t warn you of how crowded Saturdays will be. Honestly, since they know it will be busy, they should be completely transparent about this issue, but, they’re not. Again, you’ve been warned. On a more positive note, I’ve had positive experiences and the food is amazing. That’s why I gave 3 stars for overall. My actual facials in the past and scrubs were fine. Star rating First Visit = 4 stars Second Visit = 4 stars Third Visit = 1 star

I’d give Olympus Spa 3.5 stars First time coming here and would say it met my expectations. I came Saturday evening and there was no wait time, spent around 4-5 hours here. You eventually get used to the nudity, and if you’re still not comfortable there are hot and cold rooms you can sit in with a robe on. I actually enjoyed the hot rooms more than the hot tub. I got a Korean scrub and really enjoyed it! It was recommended to me and made my skin super smooth and soft after. 5/5 would recommend and come back for this. I decided to eat at the restaurant as well. The prices of Korean food were marked up to a premium (this is expected) but what was surprising to me was they charge for extra side dishes. Anyone who eats Korean food knows that restaurants refill sides when requested. The food wasn’t memorable, and the service wasn’t that great either. There’s much better Korean food nearby, but i understand you’re paying for convenience.

Truly a relaxing place to be! The last time I went to Olympus Spa was back in 2010! I was pleased with the renovations - it’s still very clean and tranquil. I had an amazing full body massage from Regina and enjoyed the pools, rooms and had lunch at the restaurant. The only con for me is the size of the locker room. Midday on a Tuesday and it was hard to move around to get dressed.

Olympus spa is a women's only spa which focuses on health and well-being. They have multiple dry heated rooms which are designed to treat a variety of issues such as psoriasis, assist with weight loss, and reduction of toxins in the system. They also have rooms that are only moderately heated where you can sit for a longer period and read a book or just relax. The wet area of the spa includes four hot tubs, one of which is designed for a quick dunk at 60°. I believe the warmest pool is 105°. There's also a dry sauna and a steam room. A small restaurant serves Korean dishes and during the week there is a separate tea room, which you can add on for a small fee. They offer many spa services including massage, facials, and nail care. In my opinion, the best treatment is the full body scrub followed by a moisturizing treatment. The scrubs are done in a semi-private area, so if you have any concerns about modesty you may not want to consider this option. You do have to buy a separate day pass in addition to the cost of the scrub and it can add up very quickly. So, again, consider the price before you go. You do not need a reservation for a day pass, but everything else does require one. Online reservations can be made 2 weeks in advance or more. Otherwise, you need to call for a reservation.

This is an incredible place! The number of quiet spaces, hot rooms, hot tubs, cold plunge plus all the services is awesome. Plan to spend at least 3 hrs in here and unwind. The korean restaurant is absolutely delicious and I always eat before I leave. The body scrub will change your life...my skin has never felt so soft but be prepared to be scaled like a fish!

Olympus is such a healing sanctuary. I am so grateful it exists! From the warm greeting by the staff at the front desk, the array of cool to very warm baths, resting rooms like the salt room and the charcoal room, to the sauna and steam room, it's absolutely incredible. The whole vibe is healing and relaxing. On top of that, the treatments I've had over the years have all been excellent. In addition there is an incredible restaurant and tea room! The facility is sparkling clean, airy and welcoming. Thank you for making this special place so accessible. It's truly such a gift.
