Jamie was able to understand a chronic injury I have with my hip and IT band issues. She really helped me release the pain and I think, some of the pattern. When my shoulder and neck area had trauma, Jamie understood how to help release the physical traum. She used cupping which was exactly comfortable but very effective to get me moving and pain free. I highly recommend Jamie!

Best massage I’ve ever gotten. Are you tired of going to a message therapist and tell them about trouble areas only to get the same generic massage? You won’t get that at old covington massage. Ex athlete with sever mobility issues here. She listened to what I had to say about my body and in our two hour session I felt a huge increase in mobility. She knows what she’s doing. She’s earned a life long customer.
