I went to Ojo Santa Fe with a friend for a romantic weekend, it was truly one of the most fabulous spa experiences I've ever had! We both absolutely loved it so much. The food was amazing and the staff was over the top excellent... Lucy from housekeeping cleaned our room better than I've ever had at any hotel visit, and Ozzy the housekeeping manager was so accommodating with all of our requests and just amazing. We went to Ojo Caliente on the third day and that was the most amazing Hot Springs I've ever been to.. all of the different pools with different minerals or just spectacular. We had lunch there and the food was even better than Ojo Santa Fe. I would highly recommend booking at both locations.|We both agreed we will definitely have another visit there sometime soon!

Incredibly relaxing experience! While we didn't get much instruction on the facilities as day spa pass owners, we enjoyed our time here greatly! The Ojo Bliss package was the best bang for our buck. The massages were out of this world, some of the best we ever received. The selection of hot tubs and saunas were also well done and people were very respectful and quiet to allow for the best relaxation. Beautiful views from the hot tubs too. We were so sad to leave!

I had higher hopes for this “spa resort” - it did feel a bit outdated and everything onsite was very overpriced. They get you that way because there really isn’t anything within 20 minutes driving.
Loved the puppies - had a great experience with the staff there.
Yoga was wonderful - wish we could’ve had music but the instructor forgot her phone.
Massage was ok - odd techniques by therapist & it’s hard to compare to my go-to gal in my home town.
Everyone onsite was a joy. I saw a lot of reviews about the staff being rude but we didn’t experience that once.
The grounds are really pretty! Hiking was more of a dirt patch but it was quiet and easy if you’re looking for that.

I am currently on spring break visiting from DC and one of the things I was looking forward to was Ojo SF. My best friend and I were extremely excited to go to the puppy patch and see the puppies for the last 20 minutes that it was open before we went to soak. We followed the signs down to the puppy patch and went to the entrance that the signs directed us to. We then knocked on the door as it was locked and the woman working there opened it and was immediately patronizing, telling us we needed to go to the other entrance. I had no problem with walking around to the other entrance but it was a bit confusing as the signs had led us to that door, not the other one. The problem I do have though is the lady’s tone when speaking to my best friend and I. She talked down to us and when I tried explaining that the signs led us to that door she cut me off and said it happens all the time but that we’d need to go around. The way she spoke to us is the way you would speak to a child, not two adult women who are paying customers. A few minutes after we walked in another visitor came in and was manhandling the puppies. She grabbed one of the dog’s faces and forced her mouth on it, practically open mouth kissing the dog, and the dog did not seem to be enjoying it! This is concerning as I know the staff takes great care in making sure that the puppies are safe and won’t get sick by making guests take their shoes off and sanitize their hands. I have volunteered at animal shelters for several years so I understand the importance of keeping everything sanitary, especially with younger animals who have not received all their vaccinations. When we raised our concerns to the same woman we met at the beginning, she laughed it off and did not take our concerns seriously. Not only could the puppy get sick from that interaction, but there is also a safety concern - the dog could’ve bitten that lady. The woman did not seem to be concerned at all and was once again patronizing. The only reason we brought up the lady grabbing the dog like that was out of concern for the puppies, and we seemed to be more concerned than the worker who was hired to take care of them was. Overall, the other staff was great and the facilities were amazing, but the experience at the puppy patch put a real damper on the rest of my visit at Ojo.

My partner and I recently celebrated our anniversary at Ojo Santa Fe, and it’s one of the best experiences we’ve had.
A huge shoutout goes out to Lorena at the front desk. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a memorable anniversary.
From helping us manage our time better to enjoy the resort, to moving our restaurant reservations and have enough time to enjoy a private soak, to sending us a fabulous treat to our room (chocolate covered strawberries and champagne).
She did what no other front desk clerk has done, and made sure that not only were we taken care of, but that all of the Ojo Santa Fe staff would be there for anything we needed.
After a delicious dinner at the on site restaurant, Blue Heron, and a fabulous private soak, it started snowing. Our room was a bit of a walk away, and shuttle to your room is normally not available.
For someone with bad knees, specially in the cold, I greatly appreciate that Megan at the front desk took the time of her evening to shuttle us to our room after explaining my situation.
All around it a memorable anniversary celebration and the staff made sure of that.
I definitely recommend Ojo Santa Fe for any leisure visit or celebration, they will not disappoint.

I truly enjoyed my 2 nights with spa treatments and soaking pools. There's a learning curve to the property. Be patient with yourself and the staff and you will most definitely enjoy this relaxing and beautiful retreat. Staff were friendly and willing to chat or leave me in peace to enjoy. Locker and steam rooms and available soaking pools were clean and well-tended. Spa was an oasis. Don't forget the hiking trails. Would recommend to anybody who knows how to relax and go with the flow!

Great experience! Affordable and recommend for a relaxing day. We only did the mineral baths and rented a robe. Lots of people were there when we went but still plenty of room for everyone. All the baths were nice and hot. Guests were respectful and quiet. The only thing I would have like would have been thicker mud. ||Desk staff is not so friendly or helpful but we managed and really enjoyed the grounds.

Beautiful location, so much care into all parts of the resort. Rejuvenating & soothing soaks! Plus! Get in for free on your birthday!
My only complaint is the site says it's open 24 hours, however, this isn't quite true & soaking for everyone gets cut off around 10pm most days.
