I had the most wonderful massage from Raven this morning!! I live an hour away and it is well worth the drive to have services at Occo. This is my absolute favorite spa, hands down!!!

It was my first time and the staff and everything I had was superb. The massage, the facial, the manicure and pedicure. I must say I felt very comfortable and will be returning. My skin is glowing and feels so healthy.

My best friend booked us a hour massage for my upcoming birthday and hands down this experience was fantastic! Gabby and Raven were WONDERFUL! They were very professional and made us feel comfortable. The facilities were quiet and very clean. The vibe was nice. I was under Gabby’s care and it was a very relaxing hour. She really listened to my target areas. Thank you both!

I booked a massage for my husband for an early birthday treat prior to the delivery of our new baby. I booked for 90 minutes. He only received a 60 minute massage. The manager only had apologies to offer and to be certain my contact information was correct. There was no issues sending me the receipt. I should have been certain about receiving a confirmation receipt as the manager put it. It's not the first issue my husband and I have both had, especially regarding scheduling, but today was supposed to be a special treat. We aren't complainers typically but this iced the cake. Thank you Brittani for being awesome to my husband. However, the business has poor standards for customer service and we will be looking to take our business elsewhere. Good riddance.

Quite literally, the BEST facial I have ever had. I’ve been looking for a new place to go for a bit now. I wanted to go somewhere where I didn’t have to talk to anyone, where the prices weren’t unbearable and the esthetician knew what they were doing. The online scheduling was super easy. I love that they have Saturday appointments. I am very introverted and really like to relax when I come to a spa. There also wasn’t a 12 page questionnaire. Kaitlyn surpassed my expectations. The “Signature” facial was beyond words. I was so relaxed and my face has never been cleaner. I will 10/10 be going back. I will also be bringing my teens and telling my friends.

Channa was wonderful! I went to her for my first time getting my hair done since before having my first daughter 3 years ago, and she knocked it out of the park! She is kind, funny, and great to work with. Highly recommend Channa for all of your hair needs!

Oh my stars! I love this place. I got the totally OCCO package as a birthday present and I couldn’t be happier. Everyone was so nice and went above and beyond. I want to go back every week :)
